    I have never been treated so poorly from a company. We ordered a IF machine on Sept 9th. I emailed the company mid October to follow up on the order as it had not arrived. I received no reply to the email. So a week or 2 later I called the company to follow up on the order. It went to voicemail so I left a friendly message for an update/help with my order. I never heard back. So few days later I called again. I finally got ahold of a person, ******, who I told the situation of my order. She said that ******* is the one who needs to help me and wasn't available...so she took my information and said I would hear back. A few days later I still did not hear back. So I called again asking for *******...she wasn't there.... so I left my info again. The next day (Nov 5th) I called back, got ****** again... and said that I was really wanting to follow up on this order. She assured me that I would personally hear back from her by 11am with an answer. I was agreeable and we hung up. I did hear back from her...Yay!....and she said that my order was cancelled the previous day. I should expect an email of cancellation and a refund. I was confused so I started asking questions. She was very short with me. I continued to ask questions, also alerting her that I did not get a confirmation email. She answered...I don't know what to tell you we cancelled it. So I asked if she knew a similar product ....she says...No! I calmly asked if her supervisor was available, she told me no. So I asked for her name...SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I called back, I got ahold of ******* (finally!) . She was rude and short with me. I was trying to explain the situation and she kept interrupting me and talking over me. Then she confessed that because I called several times to follow up on the order she cancelled it yesterday. Not because it was 'out of stock'. She told me that she would not sell and there was nothing more to discuss and also HUNG UP ON ME! Incredibly rude staff. Terrible follow-through. Rude!

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. We have been ordering electrodes from this company for a couple years now and each time we have ordered the quality of the pads has decreased. We called to complain and ******* blamed our staff for incorrectly using the pads like we havent been doing this for over 15 years. She was very rude and would not let you speak. We asked for a refund and she denied that and said she would replace them but she was not going to give us the money back for them and hung up!! This lady needs a new job that doesnt deal with the public. We will not be ordering from this company again!!

    Every review below this one reflects what's happened to me, except I've been more patient:I placed an order for a foam roller in June 2022. In February this year, I called and enquired (assuming supply chain issues) and was told the order would ship when available. Subsequent calls - same story.This week I've tried to call and cancel this order and none of the extensions are available. I have followed up again over email requesting a cancelation. All this effort for a foam roller = 1 star.I'd appreciate this being resolved as soon as possible.

    This is the worst company to do business with. My company ordered 2 cases of cold packs from them on 5/12/23. On 5/23/23 I called and spoke to ******* who told me they would ship on Thursday or Friday. They didn't ship either day and I spoke to ************************* via email who told me shipping should not take more than 5-7 days. I asked if this was a common occurrence so that I would know for future reference. He then asked me if I wanted to cancel my order. I told him no as long as they would be shipping out. Within minutes I received an email saying my order was cancelled. After doing more research about this company I am glad my order got cancelled, now I am hoping for a refund. Don't waste your time ordering from this company.

    We manufacture cold packs orders as each order as comes it. The customer was not happy with our lead time. We cancel the order still the customer did not want to wait for the order.

    That is not true, don't get up here and lie to people saying the order was cancelled because I did not want to wait. When asked if I wanted to cancel my order, I specifically told you no as long as it would be shipping out. ***** told me he cancelled my order because he didn't like my attitude. I guess asking for clarification on shipping times is attitude to him. He also decided to retaliate and leave a bad review on our business page saying I am not trustworthy after I posted this review and sent me an email to let me know he was leaving ** a bad review. This whole business is a mess.

    Save yourself some frustration and don't ever order from this company! I ordered some foam rollers, which I was promptly billed for. TEN days later, when the order still hadn't shipped, I emailed them to check the status indicating that my card was charged "a couple of weeks ago". I received a return call from "*****" who said that it had not been a couple of weeks, it had only been 10 days, and he was just going to cancel my order! I told him I didn't want the order cancelled, just wanted the product. I told him that I would wait a bit longer and see if it ships. He refused to do that. He continued to say that he was just going to cancel the order based on what I said that it had been 2 weeks! I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he refused to do that (I now see he's listed as the owner of the company!) I called back, pressed the option for ***************** and when a woman answered I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. She said "how can I help you?" I said, are you the supervisor or manager, and she said "that's why I've asked twice now how I can help you"! Unbelievable. I will NEVER order another product from this company. If they could be rated with a ZERO or NEGATIVE star, that's how I would rate them!

    Do not order from this company! After waiting almost four weeks for the product I ordered and emailing the company twice with no response, I called the company. They asked what clinic I was with and stated they only usually sell to chiropractors. I asked how I was supposed to know that and how can you pay for a product if that is the case. The representative said "I will issue you a refund" and hung up on me. How can this company still be in business?

    If I could give a 0, I for sure would. Actually a -100 is more like it. This "company" is a joke! Scott Malcom called multiple times in one day to harass our office manger. She politely told him the first time that she wasn't interested in whatever it was he was offering, well he apparently didn't like that, so he then proceeded to cuss her out. She then hung up and he called back to try and cuss her out again! We've asked multiple upon multiple times to not receive anything from them since this incident occurred. They continued to send us emails for a while and are still sending us mail. I emailed again today asking to take us off all of their mailing lists and that we don't want them to contact us in anyway, so Scott messages back with an "LOL". HORRIBLE customer service on their part. Unbelievably unprofessional. How this place is still in business is beyond me. Not to mention that we even had ordered from them prior to this happening, so when I tried to make a complaint on here over a year ago. Scott lied and said we never had done business with them! So the complaint was never put on here for anyone to read. I have all the proof of anything needed to show that we were in fact customers of theirs and the messages between us. This company needs to be shut down.

    Do not deal with this company. Put in an order over a month ago. Received only half the items. Been calling weekly and was told items would be shipped. Still have not received the items. Do not order medical supplies from this company. Horrible customer service. Will never order from this company again.
