Aggressive on solicitation calls, refused to put me on their do not call list. I recommend you do business with people who care about their clients, not business who call and harass people.Review from Aus L

Well I was a deployed soldier in a zone with zero WiFi and no internet access and too add my pay got all jacked up with the military. So I occurred a healthy amount in late fees. Long story short I called to rectify the situation and the girl just wanted to argue with me on the phone. I kept stressing my situation and asking my options. I asked to get it added to the back end of the loan. She didnt even answer that. I asked about waving some of the late fees she said no. All they said was add 5$ too each of my bills to help pay it off. This company offers zero support for military service members giving our situations are different and diverse. I am gonna look at moving my loan to another company because this was a joke to deal with. You wont see me recommending this company to another service member.

******************************* in Monterey County the Lender was very rude and unprofessional. It took her 2 months before she got close to almost finishing the pre qualification letter to get a home. She claimed she had too many clients and thats why she took so long. Also very rude! The staff depending on who you get are helpful. The most helpful person I was fortunate enough to encounter was Mrs ****** She was the only one to give me real help and solutions to my problem. I had a deficit in my escrow because my taxes were done incorrectly. Im still trying to understand whos responsible for this. My mortgage payment doubled. I was told to send information in so that I could get the short split into payments. It took them much longer than the time I was told and was unable to speak directly to the department making the decision, as if they were in outer space and unreachable. I was told half truths and the result was my payment was late as a result of my tryin to give them time to work with me and resolve the issue in a timely manner. Im still working to get my payments down, as again they doubled. The response time was horrible and no one, and I mean no one, ever followed up with a phone call or even an email. Be careful and make sure youre being taxed on your home, especially a new build, and not just the lot. This was my first home purchase alone and so I take it as a ****** learned. Im still very much not pleased with the timeliness of responses from this company, particularly whoever their management is.PrimeLending, A PlainsCapital Company Response

I have a loan with prime lending and use them to escrow monies for home insurance. On 24 Oct 22 my wind/hail insurance was up for renewal. Per ******* at Prime landing, they contacted TWIA (***** wind/hail insurance) on 1 Oct 22 and spoke with ********. ******** told prime lending that communication needed to be handled via email/fax. Prime Lending didn't follow through. On 20 Oct TWIA requested prime lending properly communicate their intent to renew and then release the escrow money for payment. ******************, Prime Lending received this fax and chose to do nothing about the request. Most likely tossed aside since Prime Lending was in the process of transferring/selling the loan. On 24 Oct 22 my insurance lapsed and I spent 1.5 hours today cleaning up the mess. It's a clear lack of customer service not to mention the responsibility they accept as the escrow authority.Review from joseph s

this company is a SCAM.. they have had me sign 2 loan agreements, and i still have not recieved my loan..i give them a -0/5....they are collecting my information for ID Theft, i bet!! and they say they are accredited by the BBB.Review from Lauren D

I would give this company a 0/5 stars if it was an option. They have been the worst loan company. We have had so many issues, with them processing our payment. Every time we contact them it is never their problem. They never process our payments on time, and we are always paying late fees, because of their mistakes. WORST COMPANY EVER. We cannot wait to refinance, and get away from them. They also would not allow us to pay online, so we have been sending our payments over night, and they still do not process on time.Review from Charles D

I wouldn't work with this company again under any circumstances, they don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone I've been leaving voicemails for a week with no response, the only way to pay your loan payment is via check through the mail like it's 1980. They're customer service is a joke, I am actually wonder if this company is still open for business after my loan closed I haven't spoke to anyone since.Review from Patricia W.
