    I have been dealing with the manger of sale *** he has been nothing but completely rude cutting me off while I was speaking . Refusing to allow me to speak with someone else due to him cutting me off Everytime Im speaking causing my anxiety to heighten when I asked if I could please speak with someone please almost like begging he told me that there wasnt anyone else and if I couldnt talk to him no one could help me making me feel like a loss cause all because I called after spending ***** dollars on a *** for my daughter who still hasnt been given the chance to enjoy her one and only toy. Due to a gas line (unsure 100%) mechanic isnt my field but solo off of common sense there is a line that smell like gas and when I have put gas in the *** it leaked from that hose assembly and delivery was part of my purchase do to me being a disabled single mother and being unfamiliar with the mechanics of the *** so I paid to have the four ******* assembled Im hurt I feel disrespected I feel unappreciated and taken advantage Im on a fixed income I did what I had to in order to see my child smile on that one time a year and Mr *** of managerial sale has really taken this from Her and me and after I explained to mister *** how he was on talking with me and. Treating me was making me uncomfortable and triggering my disabilities he began to mock me in a sense making me feel in even worse and said he was going to flag my number so that no one would answer any of my calls . I also have a voice recording of the entire call and Im not stopping here with this review *** and the individuals condoning this kinds of insensitive discriminative bullying behavior need to be held accountable for this or it will continue to happen my voice will be heard and my hard earned money appreciated & respected with the services I paid for thats not asking for anything I didnt buy

    I purchased a *** 125D in May I had the purchased to have the bike fully assembled. So when the bike arrived it started but as soon as it was moved it stalled. So I replaced the coil. The bike now ran well. For about two days maybe a total of 3 hours use. Now the bike again has problems with starting. I have got very little help with this from Killer Motorsports! Theres obviously something that was done wrong in the assembly of this bike. Something needs to be done! Ridiculous that this happens and they are non cooperative and these are common issues that occur from what Ive been seeing with reviews on this company!

    I purchased a TBR7 250cc Enduro motorcycle, and it arrived damaged by **** trucking co. I have e-mailed pics of damage, I have had bike a month now, and have not been sent a single part to fix it with as of now. Starter switch was broke, as well as turn signal assembly. Worse yet it is blowing main fuse from battery,
    They have said they will send me new main harness, switch assemblies, reflector that was missing, choke lever that is gone , etc, And as I have stated, I have had bike now for 1 month and 2 days, have received no parts, Bike has never even started up by kick start or other. Very dis-satisfied with Killer motor sports, I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from them again, and just a note to all, STAY away from Killer motor sports, BAD BUSINESS-NO Service I cannot and will not believe any good reviews they have for them, after what I have- and am going through -with them. I called and spoke with "Amy" and through conversation found out they do not stock any parts, have to order any and everything from China. What a business>???
    Up-date, Well here it is, August 12th, this means I have had this bike for 2 months now, and have never been able to start/ride yet, and the only parts I have been sent is a side reflector, and throttle grip, which in NO WAY will help me as getting it started, As I said above, and once again, NEVER will I buy again from Killer Motorsports

    My Son is 6 yrs old graduating from Kindergarten and I wanted to surprise him with a green & Black Commander XLR. I spoke to some girl at Killermotorsports.com which is the same as Superiorpowersports.com & Veloz Powersports Inc. I finally was on the phone with Jim. Beware. Jim is a horrible manager & refuses to let you talk to his boss. If you want it Jim's way. Go to these businesses and purchase something. I expressed my concerns to this so called manager and he decided to cancel my order instead of helping me. Jim is a liar and does not like when people tell him he is a liar. Jim canceled my order because I told him I need to know when the ATV we ordered was going to arrive. Day 1 (11 days ago) Jim promised a 7-10 day turn around time on order processing. We had 18 days before the party (Jun 3). On a recorded phone call Jim told me Green & Black wouldn't be a problem. He calls me 11 days later (May27) to inform me that Green & Black was not available that I needed to choose red or blue, being forced i chose red. But explained to Jim that we are very mad because we told Jim we can't place the order unless the ATV is green. After telling Jim I am being forced to choose a color when I absolutely made it clear that green is the only option we can go with and that his business is extremely unorganized. Jim got upset over this email & canceled my order out of spite. He can't handle any constructive criticism! Jim then said that there company policy is to cancel an order if they do not have the color in stock. Which is a lie. He called to tell me that we had to choose a different color (red or blue) or they have to cancel the order.. after I told Jim that he lied to me. The company policy changed again to orders cancel if the color you choose is not in stock. Jim has officially ruined the Kindergarten graduation and gets to go home laughing at us, canceling our order all because someone told him he is a horrible manager. Someone has to stop this guy.
