    I hired this company to move into my apartment. He no showed. Ive been asking for a refund of my deposit for about 2 months now, and he keeps ignoring my calls.

    I hired him April 10th, wks before my move was scheduled(April 29th) and paid the deposit to secure the date, all for him to not do the job or return my deposit. I spoke with someone who "works" with him to confirm the date on Fri(Apr 28th), and of course, they confirmed. On the day of the move(April 29th), another mover goes to my granddad's apt, takes a look and tells my mom "they need a larger truck and that ****** called and asked him to help him out with this move. He had someone else to move at 10, but they were going to do the move after they come bk with a larger truck. " The guy calls me 20 minutes after leaving to explain the situation to me, which my mom had already explained it. While talking to me, he is basically giving me all these excuses and keeps telling me that he is doing a favor for ******. When I proceeded to tell him, "My mom has already explained this situation to me , " and ****** should have discussed the details of the move. He tells me I have an attitude and hangs up on me. Now the ignorant part of me wanted to call him every name in the book, but I call him back, tell him how unprofessional and rude he is and that he should direct his frustration towards ****** and not me because at this point I am frustrated with him and ******'s unprofessional actions. Both of them failed to communicate to me about the changes that were made beforehand, nor did they discuss the details of the move. I was not contacted prior to the move and had I been contacted, I could have given him the details. So, after 2hrs of waiting for them to come back with a larger truck, I call ****** back, and he tells me, "Let me call him, I'm going to call you right back". ****** calls me back and tells me "give the guy 20/30mins, he is coming". After the back and forth and waiting a total of 3 hours for these movers to show back up. I finally call ****** and ask for my money bk. He tells me, "He's going to send it." He has yet to send my money back and every time I contact him, he tells me "give me a second. I am going to send it".
