My vehicle was paid off by my insurance company due to a total loss and they failed to report this to my credit. My Date of Loss was March 08, 2023 and they were paid off in April of 2023. The have not reported this change.

Hello *********, Unfortunately, since the date of the sale on 8/13/2022, we have never been enrolled in reporting credit to any of the 3 credit bureaus. In order to report data to the credit bureaus, we have to go through a vigurous and extensive approval process with each credit reporting agency. This is one of the company's goals and we hope to achieve it in the near future.

All of our vehicles undergo an extensive and vigurous tests to ensure it's ready to pass the state inspection. Vehicles also undergo the necessary mechanical work that is needed prior to the time it's placed for sale at the dealership. We also offer free vehicle history reports through AutoCheck and are available on our website. As a pre-owned dealer and as a finance company, we understand the incovenience and hassle of enduring mechanical issues specifically when still making payments on the vehicle. We are here to help and together we can come up with solutions. As the compliance manager, I have tried reaching out to the customer directly to review further options and left voicemails.

I got a car from GiGANTEAUTOGROUP . And within 2 weeks the car started linking motor oil, so I went back to the dealership for them to fix the problem. But I was told that they couldn't fix it. And plus I'm still paying on the car and I was told that it would cost $1200 to fix it.

I bought a car from this company July 2021. Financed this car an received a warranty for 12 month or 12000 miles in 1 year of having this car the car has suffered a failed motor and transmission. The dealership has failed to up hold there end of the deal and has not successfully fixed any issue related to the car. They have called the police to try and deter me from seeking a rite full resolution to my issues and has decided to not honor any warranties. The service center employs un certified mechanics and I have had to come out of pocket for services that should have been taken care of by them. They are manufacturing reviews. After my car sat in there shop for more than 3 months I had to remove it due to their incompetence. And have spitefully stopped reporting to my credit. They refuse to work with me trying to let my warranty expire which at the time of this writing is still active. I have offered to allow them to out source the work on my car and recommended that the pay any cost over my deductible which is the required under my warranty. But all they do is try to penalize me for demanding that they honor their contract. They have left me no choice but to seek relief elsewhere.

i purchased a vehicle from them, they told me at the time it was a clean vehicle no issues what so ever, that they checked the vehicle and it was perfect, 2 months later the vehicle breaks down and they will not do anything to fix it or to help, they diagnosed it incorrectly, took no time or effort to resolve this, k have called time and time again they will not resolve or take my calls. i found out this vehicle was in 1 possibly two major accidents with only one being reported to carfax, and the damages are directly a result of the accident, the repairs are costing me $2,000 and they will not help one bit. they basically told me to bad it's all on you and have hung up on me anytime i seek help. and belittle me and talk to me like it is my fault that they sold me a junk car. at the time of finding out the vehicle was wrecked they disclosed that they spent $4500 in repairs but would not share what they repaired and their reason was "because i didn't pay for the repairs" so i purchase a vehicle and i'm not entitled to know how it was maintained? come to find out all repairs that have been done on it, we're done with parts from a junk yard, they are all rusted, and messed up parts, they did not properly repair the vehicle. i have a shop that has pictures and diagnostics that can vouch for this.

Clarification needed. 3/9/22 I called and spoke with **** who told me that my pay off in my current car is 5,300. As I am in the market for a better car. I went to another company. This company called to get my pay off and they were informed that my payoff was 7,300. ( I.e I have a receipt that says 7100) I then called and after several attempts (while sitting at the new car company) I spoke with **** who then informed me that. The previous pay off amount was only a Courtesy to its cash paying customers. This option is not available to customers going to another company... the conversation was heard by several finance and business office supervisors and they then informed me they had never heard of this. And that most pay off options are the same reguardless of who the pay off is coming from... Just needing clarification on the legal side of this issue can they do this?

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/04/11) */ Hello ******* ****, I have reviewed your account and I see that you went ahead and traded in your vehicles with us and got a newer car. As I read your case we have either a 10 day pay off or we choose to give our good paying customers an extra discount when they come in a pay off the vehicle cash, This is a courtesy of our part and only follows for the customer if their is a third-party (like another dealer) we will give them the systems 10 day payoff which is a different amount. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

I had purchased a vehicle Friday night right before working a third shift so I had no time really put into the car. The day of Sunday I took it to the wash where I noticed the car was a bit more dirty than I had noticed during purchase. Which I was later informed the car was placed on the lot without document of being inspected or cleaned out. The next morning on Monday after taking my kids out for lunch before work they were screaming there was a bug come to find it was roaches. By the time I had the opportunity to call there have been four spotted. I told them that I would be in to drop it off and exchange or get a refund. I did so with the promise of a refund because they said they wouldn't just let me swap the car. A week went by without any update and my car just sitting in the same spot I left it that Tuesday. After driving back and forth from being ignored via text and phone I've decided to reach out for help coming to an agreement getting this thing solved. Because its been going on three months now without any progress.
