    I order the 3 in 1 sleeper chair on September 7, 2024. They took the money from my account the same day send me a confirmation on my email but did hear from Tuesday morning anymore. I was told to download an App Shop to track my order which was a lie. Because all they wanted to do is order more items. Il couldn't find a working number but l cancelled my order since l couldn't get any updates on October 11' 2024 through an email ******************************** requesting all my money to be returned to my account. The message returned was someone will get back with me. After no got back with me l found a complaint with my bank on that Friday. Once l did that my neighbors call me and told me that big boxes was in front of my door on Sunday, October 20', 2024. I left to visit my sister with stage 4 cancer. I sent that same address stating l cancelled my order and want All my money return and they need to pick the boxes up and not responsible for the boxes. I have not heard from anyone from Tuesday morning. I am requesting my All my money back into my account and I hat ********************** come pick the boxes from in front of my door return All my money. I sent them pictures my neighbor sent me and told them lm not responsible and my HOS is complaining. Please help get this done in a timely manner. Because this unprofessional and poor customer service. Thank you

    This customer was already previously refunded for this item. She requested cancelation after the item had already shipped, because she claims she wouldn't be home to receive it. We were not able to intercept the package in time so it was delivered to her.  She is in receipt of the item that she ordered and has been fully refunded. We are not even asking her to return the item. We refunded her before she submitted this claim so I am not sure why she would file a complaint when she has the merchandise and a full refund.

    I made a purchase through Tuesday mornings website on October 9, 2024. I made an initial request on October And have requested a return twice.There is no phone number to contact anybody. They allow returns within 30 days and I am within that timeframe. The product is damaged and have not been able to reach anybody about this. All my account says is: Your return request was sent and is being reviewed. We'll email you once it's been completed. Its been over a week and no response.

    Not quite sure why she would submit a claim. She wrote in 3 times on the 19th of October and I responded all three times with return instructions and how to print a return label. She was successful in returning the item and as soon as it showed tracking back to us we submitted the refund. Refund was processed on October 30th. Screenshot of the refund and all correspondence with this customer is attached.

    ORDER NO.#TM17332 I purchased a black and gold rug from their website. The wrong color was sent. I reached out to their email and also their social media website ( ******** messenger). O response had been received. I either want the correct product ordered or a full refund of ****** USD

    Company reached out to me today Oct 10, 2024 with the following:

     I just reached out tot he supplier to see if we have the wrong product description on our site. I will get this corrected for you. I will get you either the correct color (black and gold) or issue you a full refund if its not available. Once I hear from the supplier I will get back to you.

    This has been solved. We filed a claim to get the correct color shipped out to her and she has confirmed that she received the correct rug.

    I have a gift card for Tuesday Morning. They have permanently closed many of their brick and mortar locations, but still exist online. Their website is not accepting an unused gift card from one of their physical locations. This is stealing.

    I made a purchase on 10-30-2023 for a professional bowl lifting series and it was supposed to arrive in 7 business days. I tracked the order and after 7 days I saw that it had not been shipped yet so I emailed them and no response. A week later I emailed the hem again when I saw that the item had been shipped, but it did not say when it would arrive. I sent a third email asking once more when it would arrive and once again no response. Then a month later on 11-11-2023 when I checked to see where my package was, it said it had been delivered that same day. I emailed the company once more and no response. My order number is **************** and I paid $26.52. I emailed them one last time for a refund or to resend me the order and I never received a reply.

    I place 3 separate orders from the company on line paid for express shipping and according to the website it it 8s either being delivered or has been delivered which it has not. I have been trying to get the company to to tell me where is my orders are and they just refer me back to the same website and say be patient this has been going on for weeks now I just want a refund. And they are ignoring me. I don't know how to submit copies of all the emails but I have kept them.

    As of this date I still have not  received any of the 3 orders that I have paid for and I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have had no response from them. They also told me to just be patient.  Well my patience is running quite thin.

    June 23 2023 I ordered a set of dishes and a patio set I have not been able to find out any information on my orders I have called it rings busy emailed several times with no responses. I would like to know the status of my orders or put my money back on my card this is not right

    I went to Tuesday Morning Store on April 30, 2023 at 1:24pm to purchase home furnishings bed sheets queen size $29.99 and other home furnishings. When I got home and took the the bed sheets from the packaging they were packaged wrong size, irregular for a full size bed and not for a queen size. I placed a call back to the store to discuss the situation and was told, all sales are final, no exchanges. However, the packaging was wrong/false **************************** I was given the customer service number from the employee. I repeatedly call the number and left several voice messages which the recorder announced and NO ONE has called me back. Phone lines are not being answered no matter which option is selected. I called back to the store for remedy and was denied a refund. I continued to call customer service with no such luck. I am seeking a full refund for the bed sheets $29.99. I will upload my store receipt as proof of purchase.
