I would like to report these people, but they are not in your data base to report for BBB There are other bad reviews on them as well with their accounting department - below is one I left *** Service Jan 2020 - The accounting department at this location sucks, I have been trying to get my bill fixed for over a year. Each time I call it is a different story, they were supposed to contact my insurance they never did, I had to appeal twice because of an error on their part/or doctor on the way it was coded - I GOT the approval, got the money for them (thinking I was doing the right thing - I would have been better off leaving it alone), now they are trying to charge me double for something that HAS NEVER been mentioned during ALL this time. If they would look at the paper work that I have tried to explain to them, they could see their error - but they continue to say I AM WRONG. I don't know what school these people went to, I would be surprised if it was accounting. My Next step is to go to the BBB 08/2022 - now they have sent my bill to collection agency - so now I will have to deal with them
