    Dallas ********************** Pros handled our move and broke a geode table. I contacted them 12/22/23 to file an insurance claim. I sent them the restoration invoice on 12/30 and they agreed to pay us $342.44. On February 7th, they finally informed me that the insurance check had been sent. It clearly was not because it has not been received. I have contacted them by email 8 times to no response since and they will not pick up my phone call. I will attach photos of the email thread to demonstrate their lack of response.

    I had originally paid for 6 hours for packing and moving. They only did 5 because they rushed through the service and were two hours late to begin with due to traffic which was not the case. They also rushed the service to a point that they could not even fit all of the stuff in the truck and my husband had to end up rearranging and doing it himself. I asked for a refund for the extra hour and they refused but offered me $35 off our total. After that I called I called Thursday to complain how when I was cleaning the house I found glass on the floor and believe they had broken something and was wondering about filing a complain for broken items. The lady on the phone told me once we unpack to send pictures of the broken items and to file the claim. We unpacked this weekend which was Labor Day weekend and I tried to call them after to ask about how to file a complain for broken items and no one would answer my calls nor call me back. I kept calling leaving voicemails and even texted a number that one of the workers had texted me from. Instead they sent me an email saying I can no longer file a claim that too much time has passed. I tried to ask them to call me to handle this via phone instead of email and that we had two expensive items severally damaged (one being our dresser which we can no longer open some of the drawers) and they refused to call me but emailed me back saying that it was the 4th day and needed to be done by the 3rd which was Labor Day. Again I tried to call and no one would answer my calls or speak with me. I then threatened to contact the BBB and they said someone would call me in the morning to discuss a resolution. No one ever reached out.
