            Im gonna trust the process and see what the outcome will be. They say patience is a virtue, I made a decision to hire this Law firm so Im gonna be patient and allow them to do their job. So far everytime I call I get a answer and if my CM is busy she always call me back quickly and she takes time to listen to me it doesnt matter how long I keep her on the phone. Even when Im crying and having panic attacks shes patient with me giving me words of encouragement. I cant do nothing but respect that and Be Still.

            Zero ??s! This law firm has been HARA***NG me about my Social Security case. They are trying to bully me into accepting their representation so that they can take a third of my payment. I have requested SEVERAL TIMES that they leave me alone bc I am working directly with the *** office in ****** and have a case manager (CM) there. They ignore my requests & continue to contact me insisting that they are my CM. A woman named ******** claims to be my CM. I have asked her to stop contacting me through my email, by texts, and by calling their office. And yet the strange messages continue. It is truly a gross ???? way to conduct business - by taking advantage of people who suffer from physical & mental health issues & who are seeking assistance not exploitation! My next step will be to contact the *** and file a complaint should this harassment continue.

            At the time of this writing, I have submitted my withdrawal from representation to the ******************************* I will not be claiming a fee in the case. An intake call was recorded on February 19, 2024, with an agent from my office and ***************************************. The phone call is over 79 minutes long. At the beginning of the call my agent stated that she was an employee of Kirkendall Dwyer law firm and answered "yes" when *************************************** asked if she [my agent] was with a law firm. From there, my agent obtained information from her that would allow us to file an application for disability benefits. 15 minutes into the phone call *************************************** said something to the effect of "I think you might be a scam trying to steal my identity". My agent responded by sending her a link to our firm website which *************************************** acknowledges she received while on the line and confirmed she wanted to move forward with the phone call. A contract for representation was sent to the email address ************************** This contract was electronically signed on February 19, 2024. The next communication with *************************************** was on March 1, 2024 wherein my agent verified her contact information and medical treatment information. The next communication to *************************************** was a phone call on 3/22/24 wherein the call was disconnected by someone on ******************************************* end of the line. An email was sent to her that same day and she responded to that email (today June 10, 2024) with statements similar to the complained made herein. I see no other calls to *************************************** until June 7, 2024. I tried contacting *************************************** just now to see if I could clear up the confusion, but I had to leave a voicemail. At this time, I will move forward with withdrawing my representation. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by my office. The information above was collected from my database. If *************************************** has any additional information, I would be happy to review it to ensure quality on my end.

            If I could give ZERO STARTS I WOULD. This company keeps calling me on my work phone, which is a government phone and harassing me about social security disability which I have never filed and know nothing about. Every time I ask them how they got my number they hang up on me. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE.I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told that I must have a case with them or they can't transfer me to a supervisor. I have no idea how this law firm is considered reputable. NO reputable business would hang on on a caller or harass people.

            If I could give zero stars, I would. Like all others, this firm is USELESS!!! Caseworker come & go. Absolutely no communication. They don't respond to voicemails or emails. I finally have a hearing date with an ALJ but will most likely be denied because of this firm's incompetence. If I can figure out how to fire them, I would!

            I have the same complaints as everyone else these people are absolutely not doing their dang job i hired them to help me with my disability and had faith in them well thanks to this company doing absolutely nothing but calling me to remind me I had doctors appointments the following day or the day of within 10 to *************************************** and haven't heard a word well I want to withdraw my contract with them because they are worthless 7 case workers so far and this one now seems like she don't care ever will you're fired one way or another I'm beyond mad its frustrating aggravating and pointless you all have my stress levels so high I feel like I'm having a heart attack writing this

            They did virtually nothing but handle paperwork for me and lost me an open and s*** case I highly recommend you find ANY other attorney to represent you.extremly disappointed!!

            I've tried several times to cancel contract and the phone just rings. I don't want them representing me and I'm trying to get them to respond. I withdraw all information. I don't want them to represent me.

            Received information in the mail from them . Spoke with a Manual ***** on the phone for a hour and fifty minutes. Received documents immediately through email to fill out. I was told that I was eligible for back etc. then received more emails that I was supposed to be able to ******** couldnt. The paperwork I received in the mail should have went to physicians. Turns out everything that was told to me was a lie 2021 they reached out to me and they did nothing for me at all. So I believe they just kept me in there data base. If you ever receive anything from them dont hesitate to report them because you wont get an actual attorney and then they will leave a different number for you to call back on. Something is very shady going on with this. I have never been in this situation before and I dont plan on going back to it. I dont usually do this but they are bad for business.

            This company is not truly what thier ad says, I hired them on October 27, 2022 and didn't get anywhere. So I asked for a withdraw of service and a fee withdraw. It took 2 weeks to get the withdraw of service, but now I can't hire anyone else due to not getting the fee withdraw added to the same form of withdraw of service. If I hire another firm and they win on my disability, the new firm won't get paid, kirkendall lawyers will. And so far I've called so many times and sent a few emails to ******* ***, ***************************, and even asked a man claiming to be a manager named ****** about this disability matter. But haven't heard back. So far I keep getting the same email of the withdraw of service. I really think that this firm is just out for the money. On top of that they wanted me to do all of the work, while they do nothing. Today is October 13,2023 and I still can't hire new representation due to the lack of being lied to by this ****************** If anyone needs help with disability don't go to this company. They will make you do all the work and just wait for there ******* payout. So unfair how they take advantage of the disabled.

            This firm has been utterly useless. They don't answer phones, they don't respond to voicemail or emails.I spoke with one lady one time and I've been in the dark ever since????????I only leave one star because there's no negative star options
