            I made a purchase through *******. I found out this isnt what I needed and emailed this company and Groupon within the hour of purchasing. I never received a confirmation email, a shipping confirmation email, or any email from this company. Groupon told me they escalated this, and spoke to the company that stated they dont do refunds. No where does it state refunds are not allowed. I finally received the item and asked how to return it still I received no reply from this company, and ******* said there is no refunds after the item is shipped. It took weeks to get this item it could have been cancelled.

For this reason, we cannot accept returned or opened DNA kits under any circumstances. This policy ensures the integrity of our testing process and the accuracy of our results.

            Additionally, for purchases made through third-party vendors like Groupon, refunds are not permitted. This is outlined in our agreement with ******* and is beyond our control. If the purchase had been made directly through us, we could have offered alternative solutions such as a credit, and our customer service team would have been available to assist promptly.
