I was contracted to serve a rush subpoena from *****************************, one of the business owners. The subpoena was served within 24 hours and the affidavit, which ****************** said she needed back immediately, was sent the following day. Despite having emailed ********************************* and calling numerous times, she has refused to pay the agreed upon fee. She has chosen to ignore me and payment has never been received. If you are a process server DO NOT work with this company, and if you are a client, please find some other company to do business with. ABC Process Service is an absolute and disgraceful sham.Review from Jesse W

Unprofessional Behavior and Refusal to Pay I regret the need to write this review about ABC Process Service, but potential clients and collaborators need to be informed. My professional interaction with this company has been overshadowed by their blatant refusal to pay for services rendered. Despite numerous attempts on my end to communicate and resolve the outstanding payment, my efforts have been met with complete silence.It's one thing to encounter operational challenges; it's another to intentionally ignore and evade financial responsibilities. Businesses, regardless of the industry, are built on trust and mutual respect. ABC Process Service's actions, or lack thereof, betray these fundamental principles.To anyone considering a partnership or seeking services from ABC Process Service, be warned. The lack of accountability and willingness to leave vendors high and dry speaks volumes about their professional integrity. Proceed with extreme caution.Review from Melody A

They have not paid us. Nor ANYONE else who had to resort to giving them a 1 star review because they DO NOT PAY THEIR VENDORS!Resorting to a small claims on principle.Review from Daniel P

******* asked me to serve 3 rush jobs, five weeks ago for her. I got them done within a couple of days and have yet to be paid. I've talked to ******* on the phone a couple of times since serving the documents and she has told me each time how 'buried in paperwork she is' and that she'll get my e-check to me soon.
She has since stopped taking my calls and will not respond to my text messages requesting my money.
When she first called me, I felt as though she intentionally attempted to misrepresent herself as being from a larger company with a similar name whom I actually do serve for on a full time basis. When I questioned her about being with this company she clarified that she was not with them, but was ABC Process Service.
I guess that should have been my first red flag but I took the jobs anyways.
One of the addresses she gave me was a bad address and she came up with a secondary address for me to attempt. I verified that her client was willing to pay for the second address for which she asked what my best fee would be. When I told her the same as the first address she never responded other than to send me to the second address. Second red flag.
The third red flag was being told 'the checks in the mail' twice now.
I'm sure I won't see my money from her so I'm here to prevent anyone else from being scammed by her and her company.

I never intentionally attempted to misrepresent myself. When I initially called *** ********, I said my name is Carolyn C****** and I am from ABC Process Service - that is the name of the company. I also never said 'the checks in the mail" because I was never going to mail a check. As discussed, I was going to send *** an eCheck from Deluxe. On 11/29/2022, I sent *** ******** an eCheck from Deluxe to pay for all the jobs completed.Review from Donna W

I have been trying to get Carolyn to pay for the service that I completed for her. I served 7 papers for her and I gave her a heck of a deal and she can't pay me the $150.00. I have emailed her with no response. I have called her and she tells me she will get me paid. It's been 4 months. If I had of known how she conducts her business I would of had her pre pay. So sad that this company does this to other process companies just trying to make a living just like her.
