    This company is going out of business. I called Hallmark over 20 times and left voicemails. Hallmark will not return ANY calls. I sent Hallmark 25 text messages trying to get them to respond to my claim. Hallmark WILL NOT RESPOND to any text message. I emailed Hallmark. Hallmark will not respond. When I try to call about my claim (PTX24-094171), they immediately send me to the same voicemail box that will not respond. The Better Business Bureau needs to mark this business as CLOSED FOR BUSINESS. Hallmark refuses to respond to any claim inquiry because they are taking huge financial losses: ************************************************************************************************************************************************ you get in an accident with someone who has Hallmark Financial Insurance, you need to let your insurance carrier know that this business will not respond in any way.

    AFTER 39 DAYS OF OUR CAR SITTING AT CALIBER COLLISION, HALLMARK FINALLY PAID UP!!! THE ***** WAS DONE IN 5 DAYS. OUR RENTAL COST MORE THEN THE REPAIRS!!! PEOPLE WHO TOOK OUR CLAIMS AT HALLMARK WERE SUPER RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. WE WERE TOLD EVEN THOUGH OUR CAR WAS READY IN 5DAYS WE NEEDED TO WAIT BEFORE THEY COULD PAY ANYONE BECAUSE THEY HAD A FLUX OF NEW *********************************** THEY COULDN'T DO OURS. SO PRETTY MUCH WE WERE DRIVING A RENTAL FOR OVER A MONTH BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO CLOSE US OUT AFTER THE 5DAYS OUR CAR WAS DONE. TODAY AFTER 39 DAYS WE GOT OUR ***** BACK. IT WAS A HEADACHE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY FROM EVERY PERSON WE DELT WITH HAD NOTHING BUT EXCUSES ON WHY THEY COULDN'T SEND THE CHECK TO THE CAR REPAIR PLACE. IT COST HALLMARK WWAAAYYYYY MORE THEN WHAT IT SHOULD OF BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WORKING DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB & CLOSE OUT CASES IN A TIMELY MANNER.

    The worst insurance company I have ever worked with, zero communication, contacted the guy who is handling my claim, I'm sorry I mean supposedly handling my claim. Refuses to return phone calls, when I call all they say is, oh yes you will be contacted in just a couple of days with an estimate, pure "BS" of course. Insurance companies to receive those premiums but another story to pay out a claim. Next step tomorrow is to file a formal complaint with the State Department of Insurance. Then leave this review everywhere on the internet. Them i guess i will need to get an attorney and sue for damages and injuries. I give 1 star only because I can't leave zero stars.

    I do not recommend Hallmark insurance worst insurance I have ever dealt with in my life no communication whatsoever. sent out a notice saying that I didnt pay for my insurance which I did have proof of it also saying that I have three different mailing addresses which is a total lie sent in all the proof but yet Im still going through the same issues worst ever when you speak to a supervisor they hang up on you they dont transfer you nobody has resolved this issue

I appreciate you taking the time to discuss this matter with me today by phone.Your auto insurance policy is set up on automatic payment withdrawal with your credit card. When we attempted to process your installment payment due 09/06/2024, it was declined by the financial institution. A notice of declined payment was mailed to you on 09/09/2024. We received a payment from you on 09/12/2024 for your September installment.Your policy was issued with two physical addresses listed: one for your mailing address and one for your garaging address. The location where your vehicle is parked at night impacts the total policy premium therefore, when two physical addresses are listed, it is our normal underwriting process to find out why. This allows our underwriter to ensure that the policy premium is accurate, and that the policy meets our underwriting guidelines. When we spoke today, you explained that you had already notified your local agent that you do not receive mail at your residence and use a different address to receive your mail. Thank for the information and documentation that was provided. It is sufficient and this matter is *********** your review, you mentioned being disconnected when you asked to speak to a supervisor.     I was rear ended on May 15, 2024 by a Hallmark insurance person. I have tried numerous times to get ahold of a rep to settle the claim. I have a name of the agent and was given a claim number. Info was forwarded to agent and have not heard from them for 2 weeks or more since I sent them a text with the info. I need my car fixed because it looks like c*** and paint starting to peel on my black vehicle. Not sure what else I can do to resolve this issue. I am on the other side of this insurance claim. Need to elevate this complaint to anyone that cares. Thank you

    This company needs to update it's pay method. Mailing checks is extremely slow and adding the time it takes to process a claim only lengthens the process. My body shop hadn't received payment via mail after three weeks and as a result Hallmark had to void and resend checks possibly adding another 2 weeks. I've been without my vehicle for a month and a half (and still waiting) for a simple window replacement.

    This company has been taking my hard-earned money and will not provide any service. I had to do the work in my insurance claim myself and was told by the person over my case they must do the bare minimum. Yes, I was told this on a recorded line. They will not answer calls or provide any information. They have to be illegal

    my husband received a call from this insurance company due to the fact he has best buy auto insurance, and the hallmark specialist named ******* was asking questions in regard to how many people lived inside our residence which is irrelevant due to the fact it is auto insurance. When i went to ask why she needed that information she got super upset and proceeded to tell me that i was not on the insurance policy which i am, and that she could not speak to me and only could speak to my husband in a really nasty and rude manner. When i kept insisting on why she needed the information on how many people lived at my residence, she kept a nasty tone and hung up. 5 minutes later she called my husband again and i answered and she immediately said hello *****************, I am going to hang up and hung up in a very rude manner. This whole situation couldve been handled very respectfully but she was very hostile and i am now getting in contact with my husbands best buy agency to ask if it is okay for them for ask about the residence when it is auto insurance. We will never use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

    From the American Hallmark Insurance Company underwriting department:We are sorry ****************** feels that her experience with our representative was negative. Our policy holder, **************************************, excluded ****************** from his policy. When our representative contacted ********************** to welcome him to Hallmark and verify his policy information, she needed to speak to him for privacy and security reasons. We ask about other residents because our underwriting guidelines require that all household members of driving age be rated or excluded.

    Horrible company. No communication at all. We had a insurance claim 2 months ago and we are not able to get any updates on it. The insurance adjuster is not answering phone calls,emails or text messages ar all. Stay away!!!!!

    I recently put a claim in for some car damage. I have heard so many horror stories about people having issues getting their claims resolved so I was prepared to wait. Less than 24 hours later I received a call from my claim adjuster who kept in contact during the process. Less than a week later my claim was processed and ready to have my car repaired. Many Kuddos to Hallmark insurance for the timeliness and friendliness of everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with during the process. Everyone definitely made a stressful situation a whole lot easier to deal with and was happy that I was treated with professionalism. Now I can drive with peace of mind knowing Im in good hands with them
