I live at ************************* in *********, ** and the rental office manager made fun of my mental disorder because my car got stolen from the parking lot and I have PTSD. I do not think it is funny my brand new car was stolen nor that I have anxiety. ******* is very unprofessional. She should be glad that I love God and am not the person I used to be. I have made several complaints to Westdale about my issues but have not even gotten a reply email nor a phone call. This issue has got to be some type of discriminatory issue. I have the whole email thread where she joked about it for proof.Westdale Asset Management, LLC Response

I live in ************ in ***** and I never write reviews cause I believe everything is subjective. BUT MY GOD IS THIS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. First, its on **********, discovered it was bad place to be in *****, police sirens always going on and it doesnt help that the security in this place is horrible, the gates to the garages are always broken and people just go in, I have had multiple interactions with random people in the parking garage. And no quick access to good public transportation. Second, the customer service is abysmal!!!! The staff is straight up rude and very unhelpful, the system keeps going down and they have tactics to delay payment to insure late fees, service requests take FOREVER. And I really dont like to complain or have the time for interactions but I have yet to have a single good interaction with them other than signing my lease first day! Their amenities are fine, the pool stinks, the gym is small and the equipments are old and some areas have mold. Tried to complain to the BBB and code enforcement but I cant find this place registered!!Overall, please save your money and time and dont fall for the nice act on day one, counting the days to be able to leave.Review from Marissa O

Greenvue Apartments which is under WestDale Management have given me issues since June of 2023. Initially I was supposed to move in the morning of June 7th, but the unit was available until late evening. That started the horrible journey of lack of communication and issues. We had issues with our water, appliances, and even being told false information. The management team gives you the run around and NEVER fully address the issue and try to help. For example, Our sink caved in, in our first few months living here causing us to ruin our rugs.. management had no sense of urgency to fix the issue. I have sent SEVERAL emails and they respond very untimely or not at all. Currently, we have been facing water issues with the water pressure. Management has sent several maintenance men over but no one has been able to fully fix the issue. I have yet again reached out to management, and have not received any reply. The apartments have switched management 3 times in 11 months. Overall, I would never suggest these apartments to others. If you want to deal with poor communication, dirty elevators, fees, and slow maintenance I would suggest to live her. It has been a hassle living here and a very unpleasant situation overall.Westdale Asset Management, LLC Response

Westdale's official take over date was 10/26/24. ******* moved in June 2023. We received the first report for low water problem on March 13th. This was addressed by our maintenance team by cleaning the water filter. The next report we received was in April 10 which was cancelled by the resident stating that she would call to reschedule because she wanted to be present while maintenance was in her apartment. Then a ticket was reopened on April 15th. In which case our maintenance team reset the water pump. Then we received the latest service ticket on April 28th. In this case we contracted out the work to our local plumbers. They determined they needed to replace the water sensor in one of the pumps. We have not received any other reports of water pressure problems since.Review from Harry b

Westdale ( blue lagoon seven ***** )is a terrible management company looking to just take your money without investigating the root issues. . I have emails and photographic evidence all the staff happen with me and another tenant . Since we move inn we had to deal with many abuses and discriminations from ******************************** and her team I Would never recommend anyone to live at one of their properties. The manager ***************************** is a narcissist and disrespectful person she discriminate people with disabilities. My car was towed on my parking space and my car was damaged from the towed and I have to paid all the damages. My wife car was hit and run and she refused to give us the other car information, we had a Service animal and she is after the dog at all times . Many other things that happen here that dont make any senseReview from Harry B

*************** in ********* ** uses the words "Luxury Apartments". With the looks of the huge eye sore trash dumpster that sits in front, how is THAT luxury living? The WHOLE area knows it's an open FREE dumpster for all of ********* to use. It's the common place that all kinds of folks come and bring their trash. Guess who pays for the neighborhood eye sore dumpster? All the tenants. I have made recommendations but it goes unnoticed. The gathering area that were built last year, have no overhead cover. As a result, it's rare that they are being used. In ******* of all places, it should have an area that is covered. This is what happens when you don't provide a survey and find out what your tenants wants. This was a waste and aided in the increase of our rent. The new golf cart purchased just to take new potential tenants on a 5 min ride? How resourceful of funds was this? The pool area lying station that were bought, need coverage as well. The pool area does not look as great as it use to.The new office furniture doesn't benefit anyone when potential tenants are only in there for the time to speak with the staff. I requested full mirrors in the workout room/gym, 2 row machines, and this should have been done. Where are the ** chargers? What happened to monthly cleaning the breezeway of the apartments. What happened to annual events in this community? Can we get wrists bands for the pool? Too many folks that are invited and takes away from those who live here. Provide parking decals for tenants **************** residents who live here. Get rid of that contract with ***** Since this company was bought out, allow us to choose our own cable company or give us the choice. Luxury Apartments? Are you sure about that? I've provided you with great ideas on bringing this place up to standard for us...the tenants remember? We pay the bills here...Review from Melvin F

This complaint is on the Westdale *********************************************** Company, this company owns and operate the Patriot ******************** in ************ **, This is a big military community with lots of civilians as well. I have been a tenant for over two years now. On October 16th 2022 I walked into my Kitchen when I saw a RAT run across the floor, obviously I was taken by surprise, I call but no one called me back, I then sent a email to the property manager ********, I was told these things happen when it gets cold FYI It was 80 degrees today. I expressed my health concerns and that I would like to be moved to a different unit even a smaller unit, but I was told to stay in the rodent infested apartment and they would check with other tenants to see if they were having similar issues and that they would have someone come out to assess, not sure what that means. I informed manager of my wife's compromised immune system (Wife has ******** Rodents carry diseases, they can get into food, clothes ect. I asked again to move me to a different unit, but again denied of transferring, I was just told we can discuss later. PLEASE KNOW IF YOU MOVE HERE NUMBER 1. They have Mice/Rats NUMBER 2. you will be FORCED to stay in a RAT Infested apartment.Review from Brandon W

Get ready! I will start by saying some office agents were pleasant. I hope this post leads to a resolution. There were a number of issues that forced me to move out due to health concerns from mold, water damage, exposure to outdoor elements that still TODAY has not been rectified; and more. Below are just a few problems I encountered as a tenant USAF military member. In my opinion much of what's detailed below should be met prior to a new tenant taking occupancy, however, upon my move in, a number of issues remained unresolved that should have been addressed and taken to task. The unit I was approved for was to be a tiled unit, yet walked into a fully carpeted apartment. Fortunately, arrangements were made by your office to correct this error but this resulted in a cancellation with Home Depot as the carpet removal conflicted with the date schedule for them to come paint. I was left having to purchase materials and paint the wall you refused to let me pay your team to paint in a color for which I'd have also paid. The timing of this unfortunately resulted in floating debris ruining the paint. Additional materials, clean up and repaints were necessary at my expense. 5 electrical outlets were inoperable and needed maintenance or replacement. This took 2 service calls to get corrected but should have been found during maintenance prior to my move in and, if found negligent of prior tenant, charged to them. Instead, it was charged to my time at my inconvenience. The door in the bedroom leading to the patio would not open. It wasn't just a sticky knob or door frame, it was inoperable and a hazard! When maintenance was there to fix the door, it had to be kicked open from the outside. The work order was completed; however the hole that exposed outdoor elements only moved from the top right corner to the bottom left corner. (I have pictures). Moving on to the obvious mold visible upon move in that continues to present itself from under the paint that was likel
