This company is a professional rip-off outfit enabled by hotels.com. We booked with hotels.com and paid in advance. After the company received the money and after the deadline for cancellation, on the day of our arrival they sent a random unidentified text in obviously broken English asking me how I want to pay my refundable $250 deposit and sent their CashApp info. There is no front desk at the property, which is a residential condo/apartment building. Once I paid and spent an hour on the street in downtown ****** I was able to access the property. The bed was broken and was a king-size mattress thrown on a full size frame. We were unable to get out of the bed because it sunk to the floor in the middle. I called the number to which I paid the deposit to see about getting a different bed. They sent a 70-year-old man who led me to his storage unit at the property for me to help him carry a king size mattress back to the room. When I declined, the other king-size mattress, he suggested that we just sleep on the couch. Since we checked out, over a month ago, I have consistently requested a refund of my deposit. They respond with apologies and say that the deposit will be refunded shortly and that they will update me on the status. To date I have received nothing but runaround from the company. I contacted Hotels.com to launch a complaint. They advised that the property had declined our request for an adjustment or a refund. I sent them pictures of the broken bed and was basically blown off. Hotels.com put me in contact with these thieves and then leave me twostindg in the wind, when I try to seek relief. They have the power to take the money back from the property. I do not.

I booked a stay with Corporate Suites ****** Brothers in ****** through Expedia. Prior to my arrival, the Gilani Corporation (****** Brothers) informed me that only cash was accepted for the room deposit in the amount of 250 dollars. I was reluctant, but as my room was non-refundable and I had already paid 590 dollars, I was unwilling to forgo the room altogether by refusing to pay the deposit in cash. After some thought, I chose to use Zelle, although the Gilani Corporation wanted me to use CashApp or Paypal. I felt that ***** was a more secure and reputable transaction option. I paid with *****, and after I sent them a screenshot via text that my transaction went through, and in return they sent me the code to enter my building and my apartment suite. Upon checkout, I was assured my refund would be issued within 24 hours. I have done the following: -On the day of checkout, I texted the number I was given to let them know I had checked out. I was informed I would receive my refund within 24 hours.-I also sent a screenshot of my payment for the deposit, as they requested, on that day. -I sent a Zelle request to refund the deposit on January 25th. On Monday the 26th I was assured my refund would be issued. It was not. -On Tuesday the 26th, I sent a text asking about my refund status and it was given no response. -On Wednesday, I was again reassured via text that the refund would be issued both via text and by the person I called at the number listed on Expedia.I sent an email (Feb. 1st) to the email I was instructed to send the Zelle payment to, and I texted all three of the different mobile numbers had texted me from. I again requested my refund.. **************** has stolen 250 dollars from me, and based on the reviews, they have done this to multiple people. I did not see one person who had received their refund in the many reviews I read. This company is stealing the deposit from their guests.

Check in date was 11/15 Check out was 11/16 Payment for deposit was completed over cashapp as they requested. Signed contracts that stated refund for deposit would be 5-7 business day. On Booking.com they also state that it would occur within 5-7 business days. I have called Booking.com themselves to help and we keep getting the same answer. They are checking and will call back. I have called them multiple times and get the same response.Property that I stayed at was ********************************************* Confirmation number **********

I booked an apt with GA Living Suites through Booking.com for Mar 5th-7th. and paid the entire fee plus $80 cleaning fee. $216 total. I drove to ****** and called the number to get instructions for check in. The guy told me I have to bring him $250 cash to get the key. I told him I would never pay that much deposit for a place that is run down, and had never agreed to pay that deposit. Not to mention, asking someone to bring you cash is very shady anyway. He didn't want any trace that I had paid him. I told him I was not agreeable to that and I booked a reputable hotel. Since then he has harassed me, sent me 5 emails and blocks me from responding to tell him he is harassing me. This is after I told him to leave me alone and that I am not staying at his slum, and to go scam someone else.
