If I could give it 0 stars I would. Lets start off that they discriminated against ******* family. I went here to eat, drink and play with my husband , brother and sister for my birthday 12/31. My tab was $71 dollars I paid for it but the machine didnt register it, when I brought it to the servers attention she asked me to do it again after showing it the payment was made. I did it again (I only had $45 left on the card after the first initial transaction). She got her manager ***** or **** whatever her name is and she proceeded to smile and laugh at the situation and didnt even try to understand the situation. She told me I had to leave, I asked for the another manager. The unnamed manager came and say their going to comp the bill- as Im getting up to leave I said as you should he then told me I had to leave because I cussed at him. I walk away and find another manager named **** when trying to explain to him he told me he didnt want to hear it and I need to leave because the police were called. I asked why, all he said was because of the situation, because you of guys. I asked **** for the name of the other manager he said I didnt need to know that and it wasnt my business. ****, **** and the unnamed manager proceeded to stand around me and my family and mock me, ask me what is wrong with me and laugh at situation. This morning I look at my bank and guess what both transactions went through and now they have trespassed me and made a fool out of themselves when all they had to do was listen the first time and be understanding. I will NEVER EVER come to this location ever again even after this trespass is over.Review from Kay R

Today my 8 year old daughter and I recently visited the Dave & Buster's location in *********,Nv at approximately 5:50-6:00pm and unfortunately had an experience that left me feeling extremely disappointed and uneasy. After arriving and being seated, I waited over 30 minutes without any acknowledgment from my designated server. During this time, I observed this server attending to other tables multiple times at least 4-5 times each while I attempted to get her attention. Despite my efforts, I received no ***************** the only African American in the dining area, I found this troubling. I have never felt the need to bring up race in my experiences until now, but I feel compelled to do so given the circumstances. Another party of African Americans was later seated near me, and I observed the same server walk past our tables repeatedly without acknowledging us.Eventually, a gentleman who I believe was a supervisor kindly took my order and apologized for the delay. When our food finally arrived, I mentioned to another staff member that the server had never approached me, and I was given the excuse that she was "busy." However, considering the amount of attention given to other tables, this explanation was unsatisfactory.I have always valued Dave & Buster's as a place to relax and unwind, but this experience has left me feeling uncomfortable and overlooked. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, and steps will be taken to ensure that all guests receive the level of service they deserve, regardless of their background.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Review from Christy G

Its absolutely sad how this restaurant has gone so downhill. We visited this establishment frequently. We knew everyone. Due to my daughters sports practice unfortunately we could not go as much but decided to take a trip for our anniversary. Typically the front desk was amazing!! Would tell us what the best deals for our money was and would always try and help as much as possible. I handed the gentleman 8 bands to see which were able to add tickets to. 4 were active out of the 8 but we decided to just go with the ones we had on our app and switch them over and add credits. We paid close to 70 on one wrist band and close to 60 on the other which gave us close to 800. When we went back to refill there was no one at the desk so I had time to stand there and read all the offers. Come to find out there was a deal for you buy 4 cards you get it at 42 total and would get 1200 credits. Great! Usually a manager would charge me the difference and add the remaining credits some how. I asked the manager **** when he came up he said there was nothing he could do and I would have to call corporate. I ended up spending over 200 dollars in credits that night. Okay. I call corporate the next business day speak with ****** she gives me 2 options 1 the credits or she could call the store and have them issue a refund. I ask for the refund. She advises she would call me back in a short while to make sure they were done. I did not get a call so decided to call the store manager ******* he states he hasn't heard of anything and will do research call me back. I get a call back saying he could not do anything it would be corporate. Here I go calling ****** back and she says "she hates when they advise custs of that and would take care of it" I get a call today from another manager at the store that says he spoke to corporate and they wanted him to call me I ask for what he states he can't issue anything since I didn't do it that day. I met up with family there on Nov 24th . We all had separate bills. My bill was $115.68 . I gave a tip of $20 cash and paid the bill with my debit card. I was charged $140.00 when it went to my bank. I then called **** and busters about it. After 3 days I got my money returned of the difference. I also notified all my family and the same thing happened to them . They should be investigated and the server be fired. I wonder how many more people this has happened and them not know it. It was horrifying and I will never go there again. Honestly they should refund a whole lot more because of what happened to all of us. I love 2 hours away and some family lives 13 hours away. None of us will go back.Dave & Buster's Response

On Thursday August 24, 2023 I decided to go to ************** in ****************** Mall in ******* **, ALONE. In order to play a game of pool at this location you must leave your drivers license with an attendant at the service desk and in return they give you a rack of ***** for the table which I did Around 7p.m. After two hours, I returned the rack of ***** to the service desk at 9p.m. Only to be told that MY LICENSE WAS GONE. I was told that it was given to another individual by the attendant. Outraged by this situation, I asked to speak to a manager. I was then introduced to a woman who I was told was an assistant manager. After I explained the situation to her and that I was ALONE she proceeded to tell me and I quote that its nobodys fault and things like this just happen. I then inquired about checking the security cameras to make sure it wasnt a deliberate act and I was told and I quote just get over it because there is nothing we can do I was then told the best they could do was call me if my license was returned. I went back to the same location the next morning 8/25/23 around 11a.m. To speak to a manager about the situation and she approached the conversation with the same dismissive attitude and disregard as I received the previous night. This manager stated to me that when a group of individuals come in its common practice to return the license to whom ever is paying for the time and not to the individual who it belongs to. And again I advised that I was ALONE and I requested she check the security cameras at which she stated there was nothing that could be done. At this time it has been 4 days and no one has contacted me in regards to this situation. It is outrageous to think in this day and time with identity theft being so prevalent, that a situation of this nature would be so easily dismissed by a corporation of ************** size. Worse service Ive ever received from the kitchen. I ordered three separate shareable items only to receive half of the first shareable item 45 minutes later. I finally gave up after waiting an hour for the rest of my food and asked for the check. Can you believe they bought me a check with everything I ordered although I did not receive 20 % of my order? After asking for a manager only to be told theres a glitch in the system and that he will not charge me for the shareable we ate although it was missing the fries, celery, carrots, and dressing. Ohhhh ok thank you I guess. Lol heres a copy of my receipt and I honestly dont blame the waitress for still wanting a 20% tip.note that I obliged. However, thank you **** and ****** for making me wait an hour for my food only to go home at 12:10am to make some food since I allowed the children to eat what little food we received and it wasnt enough heck I wasnt able to eat anything. Extremely racist and discriminatory practices. They deliberately mistreat customers of color. I went to the ************ location prior to covid in December 28 of ********************************************************************************************************************************** line. When I complained about it the manager (caucasian male) refused to assist me and then told me I had to leave. when I demanded they serve me, apologize and refund me for the D&B card I loaded with money; the white manager refused and called the emergency services unit police on me. I left the premises on my own and I told the police what happened and the police on the scene actually defended me (I committed no crime and made no physical or verbal threats to be clear). I followed up by complaining to corporate who refused to provide me with a refund and tried to gaslight the whole situation. I want justice. I would leave negative 5 stars if I could as a review.Dave & Buster's Response

********* ** location. It was last night when me and my girlfriend were attacked by a group of unattended kids. Not a single person help us out including any staff members or security guards. After we got attacked the staff members themself then threw ** both out after she got pepper sprayed in the face by these young kids. This is supposed to be a family place where anyone should be able to come and just have fun. The officers and the staff members did nothing for **. We will be filling every complaint and charge you can possibly think of. I do not recommend coming here ever especially in the horrible world we live in now someone could have been hurt more then we already did or even got killed. This is not how you handle situations like this the staff there are just as bad as the kids that did this to us.Dave & Buster's Response

The hostility **************** displayed within our establishment is unacceptable and resulted in our General Manager having to call the police. On October 22, 2022 in Dave & Busters ************************ Me and my 5 year old child was thrown out of Dave & Busters *********** *** for no reason what so ever walked in at 8:00PM by 8:16PM this all occurred when we was only in there for about 15 to 20 minutes the most I had ordered my food and his and was approached by a big security guard surround by two others saying management said I had to leave because I said some lude and inappropriate comments to one of there employees when the only one I spoke to was the one I ordered both my food and my sons food by the end of the short end bar where I was very visible to all cameras which I told them to view and review was given the run around and told I will be contacted after there investigation last week on the 26 and 27 of October ************************************************************************ ***** and there was no help either my son was dramatized and we was both disrespected and violated too my son left with me crying scared and confused I have filed several complaints against them regarding this issue since it is now a legal matter too.Dave & Buster's Response
