    When ordering online , Wingstop will say your payment method is declined in error message , but it charges your card . I called the store and they said they never received my order and people call everyday with the same complaint . So now they charged me 27$ but didnt get my order and since it is pending they said it will take at least ************************************************************* order to get my food I had to call and place an order over the phone and have to pay again .

    On 11/16/2024 at 7:10pm, I placed An online order for $28.08 at the Wingstop located in ************, **. Once the order was placed I was given an estimated wait time of ***** minutes. At approximately 8:10pm I went Into the location and was told my food was in line, so I sat down with the other 15 people waiting. I waited For 30 minutes before asking the employee how much longer my food would be, and I was Told another 30 minutes. Which would be 2 hours after I ordered The food and an hour longer than the estimated time. I was told they did not have a manager in the store at that time so they would not be able to do a refund at the time and to call back. My husband and I have Reached out many times for a refund and have continuously been told they did not have anyone there to process or approve a refund. I would really like to have the money returned since I did Not receive my order.

    Hello , Im ******* and I want to report my local wing stop ! Its located on ************************************************************************************** I go to this wing stop every weekend since they open but only the first month was good crevice ! They always seem to be playing in the kitchen and do not care of the costumers waiting ! Sometimes the wait is up to ******************************** Friday! Most of the time they dont have orders or people waiting I front of me ! They seem not to care for the costumers waiting! I sped mostly $47 every weekend with the 30 pc with fries and carrots

    On December 9 2024 I made an order via the ****** app. Must've had a glitch as the order was placed to a restaurant not within the radius of my home. I tried to call and cancel the order but the local restaurant phone number was disconnected. I called corporate number after 8 attempts to reach the restaurant. I was told I would receive a resolution within 4 days. 4 days past and my card was still charged for food I didn't receive. I want my refund.

    On November 30, 2024 I placed an online order for Wingstop. I live in ****** I went to the Euclid Wingstop and found out my order was at ************ Wingstop. It was bad out and I was not driving across town to get food. The lady at the ***************** told me to call them and cancel my order and ask for a refund. I called all night, the next day and the day after and nobody answers as a matter of fact a message comes on and than the phone hangs up. I reached out to the Wingstop Corporate three times already to no avail. I just want my $30.42

    On Dec ****** I placed an online order at Wingstops ******* blvd location in , ********, ********. I arrived to pick up my food after the estimated time only to be promptly assaulted by staff and refused my food. I asked for a refund and was told it would be given to me online I already knew that was a lie so I requested proof of a refund with my receipt but they refused to show me proof. It has now been two weeks and I have contacted corporate multiple times about my refund . Speaking with them again 2 days ago making that the 4th time only for them to tell me that the last agent didnt enter my information right and thats why I hadnt heard back from the escalation team. I spent my hard earned money on food that I DID NOT RECIEVE. Youd think this would be a simple request and I would get a swift refund to avoid me potentially pressing charges but no they dont even bother . This needs to be rectified immediately. THEY STOLE MY MONEY

    September ******* I placed an order on-line. The money was taken from my account, when i arrived at the store I was told nothing came over their computer. I have been trying to receive my $13 for almost 3 months. I keep getting told ****-district manager would reach out to me. I have even asked for a corporate number (told to look up) I just want what is rightfully mine

    I placed a party order of chicken over the phone with AI, it wouldnt allow me to give a time I wanted the order so I went to windstop to tell them I dont need it til later. The disrespectful loud mouth cashier wanted to argue with me instead of stopping the cook. She had General manager on the phone who stated they cant stop my transaction . Now they are lying to my bank saying I received the order which I did not. I went to another wing stop and cashed out when it was closer time for the party

    This is my 2nd attempt, first one link not accessible. I ordered a large party order 11/23/24 on the phone through AI, wasnt able to select pick up time so i went to this location to stop the order for me to pick up later. This location is across the street from my home, i arrived approx 5 minutes after ordering. The cashier/cook was extremely rude and aggressive, she called the ** which he refused to refund me or stop my order after i asked multiple times. She wanted to go back & forth with me instead of stopping the cook who i visibly saw dropping the large order of corn i had ordered, also customers were placing orders while i was there, therefore she could have used it for them. Instead she wanted to be nasty & argumentative. Wingstop charged my card anyway after i went to another location and paid cash. I need my money refunded please. you should not be keeping my money and I never received anything from your georgetown location on said date.

    I order food it took them 45 min to say let me see your receipt I told the manager to give me a refund she said I'll make your order then 20 more min went by they still didn't make my food as everyone was getting there food after 5 min after there order it's ridiculous how I was treated im disgusted on how the manager handled it Store is in **********************************************************************

    Food was paid for and never delivered. The clowns running this store straight up hang up on people. I hope none of them have jobs in the morning.
