Most of all , Thank You to, ***** ******* and his crew of Roofers and workers who took special care of Installing my Roof through the process used to protect my window and entire home during the installation process. I was selling an house. Blue Hammer Roofing was hired by the buyer to do a roof inspection. My house failed its roof inspection due to hail damage. ******* ******** (the inspector and main worker for this claim) was very direct in her communication which is fine. She directly said in one conversation when trying to understand the claim process, This is a low paying job and I am only doing this job as a favor to **** (buyer's agent). I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected due to me just being there was a paycheck with no voice. She does not care about my opinion or my business. She pressure me to pick a very soon date. After the call, I quickly called my agent to inform her what happen. My agent was not happy with what was happening. She talked to the buyers agent. I was looking at going with another company. I told my agent and she said due to the date change of selling the house and everything just go with this company. I sent an email the week before the work was going to happen tell them the location of the clicker and my address to pick up the check. The day of the work, the job manager was very nice. He sent several photos of the status of the jobs. He asked if he could get the combo for the door lock and gate access to get to part of the property. I had to inform him that his co worker has that information in the email I sent the previous week. He said ok I will get it from her. Later that day, ******* asked about the check. I told her that I was told that she was going to be picking it up from me and again repeated that it was in the email I sent last weekend. That is twice she did not read her email. I will not refer this company or ******* and I will not use them again. I understand doing favors for others but you do not disrespect any party involved. The roof looked nice for the two days I owned it. However, it did not rain during that time I can not rate the quality of work.

Nic and **** did a fantastic job from beginning to end. They worked with insurance company in obtaining additional funding to cover cost increase since original check was issued. Crew arrived early morning as advertised and I was kept informed every step of the way as to status of job. A minor accident caused damage to front rain gutter which they replaced without question as well as a damaged garden hose which was also replaced. I may have not even noticed either had they not pointed them out to me. I am extremely pleased with every phase of the operation from the first consultation to the very reasonable estimate all the way through to the final cleanup. Smooth and painless as it should be. Can definitely recommend Blue Hammer for any roofing needs.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Our roof was damaged in a TX hailstorm and this was not going to be an easy repair because we have a (42) solar panel array. We asked BlueHammer to inspect our roof because they had been recommended to us as having successfully undertaken a roof replacement with solar panels in our area. **** ****, of BlueHammer came out to meet with us and inspect the roof and then later, the insurance company inspector and adjuster. The initial proposed settlement was abysmal. That was until **** and his internal support, ***** *******, got to work. It was a long and tedious exchange lasting several months, but as a result of their tenacious effort, the insurance company agreed to a full roof replacement. Throughout this process, there was never any pressure from **** to sign a contract or ************* one, Supervisor Dre with ******************* pulled all the panels off the roof. Day two, ***** *******, assigned Quality Manager for our project, brought in the BlueHammer team and in one long day, they stripped the old roof, then installed the new roof with solar vents. ***** and his team went out of their way to protect the extensive landscaping and the garden drip irrigation system. The third day was a rest day, to let the roof settle. Then, on the morning of day four, the guttering team arrived to install new gutters, gutter-guards, looks like new. Static Solar returned in the afternoon and reinstalled the solar panels. Not only did they reinstall them, they did a superb job, rearranging the panels and setting them perfectly level so much neater than the original install. Throughout this entire project **** and ***** gave us almost daily updates on progress with the insurance company. Then on installation days, ***** provided hourly updates with photographs. A major project like this can be overwhelming for a homeowner but the BlueHammer blue ribbon service made our experience a breeze. Our home of nearly 25 years looks like new again.

This company is a scam. They installed a new roof and Ive since had 2 leakages in my roof. Each time they claim that their previous contractor crew screwed up. I have incurred damages to my property coz of leakage and they assured me that they will reimburse me but its been 6 months and they have not. Their account managers keep quitting every few months, emailed and called customer service but no response either. I plan to take them to small claims court to get my issue resolved.
