Estoy muy satisfecho con el trabajo que hizo Home Quality Solutions en mi techo (roof)! Desde la primera consulta hasta la instalacin final, demostraron profesionalismo, puntualidad y gran atencin a los detalles. Mi casa necesitaba reparaciones urgentes y ellos se encargaron de todo de manera rpida y eficiente. El dueo es una persona irresponsable, que te cuelga el telfono si no va a quedarse con tu cheque. Yo lo llame y me pregunt si le daba todo el cheque de la aseguransa al contratista y le dije que no. El seor me colg el telfono y jamas me volvi a hablar.
Be careful with people like him. I called him for a roof replacement and he asked me if I give the ins check to the contractor, when I said no; he hung up on me. I thought I lost the call and call him back and he said he will call me back in 3 minutes, this was about 3 weeks ago, I'm still waiting for the 3 minutes to lapse so he can call me back

Buenas tardes Sra ******** , antes que nada una disculpa por el inconveniente y por la atención recibida , probablemente haya hablado con uno de los representantes ya que el dueño normalmente no hace las llamadas directas de bbb , estuvimos comentando acerca de este tema y nos comento uno de los representantes se comunicó con usted personalmente para darle una explicación por lo sucedido.
Probablemente haya habido un malentendido ya que la compañÃa no recibe los cheques completos de ningún cliente , los requisitos para empezar un proyecto como la mayorÃa de los contratistas es un porcentaje inicial para cubrir algunos costos y al final del proyecto hasta que el cliente esté satisfecho se paga la parte restante .
De nuestra parte nos comprometemos a darle una solución interna para que esto no vuelva a suceder ya que para nosotros lo más importante es el servicio al cliente .
Si desea algún servicio la atenderemos con gusto con el servicio que se merece .

You probably have spoken with one of the representatives since the owner does not normally make direct calls from bbb. We were discussing this issue and he told us one of the representatives contacted you personally to give you an explanation of what happened.
There has probably been a misunderstanding since the company does not receive full checks from any client, the requirements to start a project like most contractors is an initial percentage to cover some costs and at the end of the project until the client is satisfied pay the remaining part.
