I was contacted by the owner of proclaim roofing. Proclaim sent a bid for use of Carlisle TPO. Began work immediately but destroyed part of the building using makeshift heavy equipment that they left at my building. The wall destroyed was never repaired because they did not know how to fix an EFIS wall. I had to go through the process of finding someone to replace the wall. In the mean time I had other roofers look at the job done: Well below standard, unfinished, not expected to last 5 years. Repaired cut in roof left by Proclaim. Paid to have roof finished by another roofing company after completely fed up with the lies. Proclaim had another roofing company (Hispanic name) crew do the work, break my wall and leave incomplete. I never even heard of this other roofing company much less signed any contract. There was never a supervisor on the site. This subletting company that I had no contract with placed a lean on my building because Proclaim did not pay them (their own people) or resolve the issue. I called the Carlisle representative, the TPO company Proclaim had in their contract they were using; "Proclaim is not a Carlisle distributor and cannot use our TPO because of repetitive poor work" any numerous other violations. So Proclaim lied about using Carlisle thus voiding my warrantee. Talked to "Tyler" the foreman, he said my building was a "piece of shit" and laughed about my issues. He was only interested in getting the last "very small" part of payment, not solving any issues. There other issues that Proclaim lied, not keeping promises on wall cap construction etc.

Please stop telling complete lies on my page. From the first day of this job you were the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. The first thing you told me was "F*** my project manager"

I had an on-site manager on this job 100% of the time so you are incorrect. Your building was completely rotted with water damage and falling apart before I even showed up. You have not maintained your building whatsoever and I have photos and proof that I will provide before we started this project. We removed the old roof and edge metal, since your building is rotted, a piece of the eifs fell off the side of the building. I had someone there within 2 days to fix this. You wouldn't allow me to fix this and told me you wanted to hire your own person. This took you months to do. You didn't pay me over $15,000 so I did not finish the work because you told me you will not pay me. I am a warrantied contractor through Carlisle so you are again lying about me not being a verified contractor through Carlisle. Also, you have never had a TPO roof done before and you had a maintenance guy tell you I did a poor job? The roof I built you is quality and did not leak and I have pictures to prove it. You cussed me out multiple times and I regret trying to help you out but I will not stand for you lying on my bbb page. I will provide proof that you are lying and didn't pay me to finish the job. You still owe me over 15k. In my contract it states you must upkeep your building and its not our fault if we remove some edge metal and your building falls apart. I did not cause this but I was still going to fix it for free before you starting cussing me out and told me you won't pay me. This was caused with years of water damage and rotting from before I was ever at the project. I will provide photos to prove this.

As stated previously, this company is dishonest, they have no clue how to repair an Efis wall but knew they were responsible. I arranged to have the wall repaired as this so called roofing company "Proclaim" was trying to cheat my company. His subs admitted they had no idea how to repair an Efis system. (At least his secret subs were honest however they did repair the roof in a sub-par fashion); I have witnesses and pictures.

No. ***** and proclaim abandoned the project after they were caught cheating, bypassing * proper repair. They left the build site never to return!

Notice in his rebuttal ne never mentioned the ******** issue that I have in writing. This is dishonest business practice on all fonts! Now I have a sub-par roof and no warranty. I have had to pay out of pocket repairs on the wall and to complete the roof.

He calls his complaints lies. He is dishonest and he lies in his contracts! That is FRAUD!!!

We didn't abandon anything. After you cussed me out multiple times and were the most disrespectful client I have ever dealt with (I recorded the calls, so I have proof), you told me you were not paying me for the job (for no reason). You owe me over $15,000 dollars, Like I have told you the entire time, if you agree to pay me I will finish the edge metal. At this point, you are a non paying client that broke his contract- therefore you are in direct violation of our contract. I am a preferred and warrantied Carlisle contractor to provide NDL Warranties- so again, stop lying on my page. I have proof that everything you are saying is false. I have proof my project manager was on site, I have proof your building had 10 years of water damage before I touched it, I have proof that your wall was rotted and just fell off when the edge metal was removed, I have proof that you randomly cussed me out for no reasons and I also have proof that you owe me $15,000. If you want to settle this, be a man and agree to pay me for the work I completed. Noone is going to listen to your lies when I have hundreds of Happy clients that will back me on this.

Just a last note to say: if you are Carlisle licenses installer, your contract stated such, Carlisle TPO, why did you not use Carlisle TPO or ever supervise the project. I have the representative from Carlisle's phone number and the gentlemen in charge of the local distribution of this preferred TPO. Tyler what kind of TPO did "you" use on the roof?

Although I cannot give his phone number on the internet if the operation BBB wants to find out this basic instrument of fraud, the other claims are moot to the BBB. As a second question or request Tyler and Proclaim need pay to have the roof done properly, I have an estimate from another roofer for the fix.. I have paid to have the wall fixed and paid to have the roof completed (not properly by at least waterproof). Finally, he needs to pay his subs and have their attorney take the illegal lien off the building.

BBB!: Please contact me directly or demerit or expelled Proclaim roof from your organization. I do not plan for you to drop the case but do not have the time to respond to these, let this entry serve as a complaint or rating of 1/5 for dishonesty. I will give his subs 3/5 for being honest although faking a wall rebuild is illegal, it is good that I was there to catch them; Tyler sure wasn't.

You can continue to lie on my page all you want but no one will believe you. I have proof that you are lying, and my project manager was on site the entire time and I have proof of that as well. Your roof never leaked, I did a quality job, I did everything I was contracted to do- then you decided to keep 15k

Once you pay me the 15k I will gladly finish the edge metal. Please stop acting like your building isn't completely rotted with water damage from years before I showed up. This is why I document every job before I start the work. Anyone reading this feel free to message me and I'll send you the photos of this building and how it was falling apart and completely rotted with water damage before I showed up.

This job entails a large metal roof facility. Install process was extremely longer than stated, we let it slide. They never covered our roof to protect our large machinery equipment and we let that slide. The subcontracted roofer would leave roof open for weeks on end before returning back. Large machinery was damaged due to leaving roof open and letting snow and rain in. Upon completion we have hundreds of leaks, it doesn't rain much in our area. Found many boxes of the foam inserts to stop rain from blowing or running in at ridge and eave of roof. I sent Nick P multiple emails with no response, along with phone calls. The first time I got a hold of him he immediately states he has 2-3,000 emails a day so he can't respond quickly. He then stated he would send the subcontractor out to look at what needs to be done. It's been 6 months since my initial contact! Still no follow up, no answer and no subcontractor visit. This company is beyond unprofessional, once they take your money their warranty ceases to exist. I strongly do not recommend this company

Nick hasn't worked for us for months, why didn't you call us at the office to tell us this? I will get someone on this immediately I had no idea you had leaks. Please call me when you can XXX-XXX-XXXX. thank you
