I want to close my account and get out of my contract without paying any fees. I've had over 10 Glass Breaks go off in the middle of the night and I have to walk around my house on FaceTime with my Mom to ensure no one has broken into my home. It's two different sensors causing this issue. This has happened at least 10 times since I've had this system and it is traumatizing for both my Mom and I. She doesn't even always get the text notifications when my alarm is going off which is another issue. I spoke to rep who informed me that I would have to pay $50 to have a tech come here to fix the sensor even though I've this equipment less than a year and didn't cause this issue. I've had over 12 false alarms and I have NEVER been contacted by this security company to make sure everything is okay. When I set the alarm before I leave out of my garage door, it bypasses the sensor so when I return home through that same door, my alarm doesn't even go off. I am a young female who lives alone and having a working alarm system that will not continue to go off in the middle of the night as if someone has broken into my home is very important to me. This alarm system is useless at this point. I can return all equipment but I shouldn't have to pay to get out of a contract for a system that hasn't worked the entire time I've had it. I do not have any pets and/or children. There is zero noise going one during the times the Glass Break Sensors causes my alarm to go off. Again, I should receive a phone call each time my alarm goes off to ensure everything is okay and I haven't yet. I'm not sure if they even have a monitoring center.
