They lie to the customer. It takes weeks and weeks months to get stuff done but since January the 2nd they started installed my system and it's still not all working. yet only a third of it works they don't return phone calls they don't answer the phone I'm not paying until them . Till my system is up and running I really don't like greedy CO.It is sad how sorry some busses are about answer or return calls. Blessed be!!***********************

Shady shady shady company they DO NOT CARE about the homeowners was told by upper management that ALL CUSTOMERS are ANGRY ?? you talking about snakes the list goes on please ???? find you someone that wont take your money and wont return your calls people they give NO CARE as long as they make funding and GET YOUR HARD earned moneyReview from Joe B

I'm an independent solar representative in ******** and I can say with confidence that ****** Solar has installed all of my projects professionally and expediently. They do what they commit to and move the process along which is critical for the customer. I'm only leaving this review because I've seen a couple of poor reviews on here and that hasn't been my experience. I've used several installer in the years I've worked in the industry, and ****** Solar is near the top in quality and service. In fact, I find in almost every case that the fault lies with the person who sold the system, not the installers. I'm not making a recommendation that you use them. I'm simply stating that I believe that they are one of the companies that value their customers.Review from Morgan S

I hired this company to do repairs to my home after it had been hit by a tornado. They said I owed them a set amount of money to finish the last of my repairs, which I was happy to pay. Now they are saying I owe them an additional $3300, and they will not tell me for what. They also will not present me with any invoices. I have asked them multiple times if they have completed the certificate of completion for insurance to release funds so I can pay and they always say "I'll check on that", but they never do. They also did put in a certificate of Completion when they had done 1/3 of my project, and I had to tell insurance that was not correct and that they still had more work to do.Review from Dustin S

They called me to clean up after a storm in **************** ** and owe me over $18,000. They are finding any excuse they can to not pay me!!! This company is as bad as it gets!!!! Dont trust them!! They dont answer or return phone calls!! ********************* is their so called accountant and she thinks she can treat people like s*** and not answer or return business phone calls!!!Review from Aaron C

This have not finished my install and took my money. **************** is very poor. None of their leaders will reach to attempt to resolve my complaint. They have scheduled my six times for install and keep cancelling on me. They let the install site with parts and trash. I dont not recommend them at all and encourage the BBB to post and notify other potential customers of the danger Id dealing with these thieves.Review from Jarred M
