My car was wrongfully towed from the apartment complex I reside at. I emailed the towing company, and they informed me that my vehicle was not registered with the property from where it was towed. I forwarded them email attachments showing that my car was registered and they replied stating that those documents were void. I paid $321 to recover my vehicle when it should have never been towed in the first place. The apartment nor the towing company never notified me that it was not registered when it indeed was.

Brought car in around March 15 and didnt get car back until April 10 once the insurance check was received. They received ***** from my insurance company. Sunday morning April 16 I see that my front bumper is coming off. I take it to my dad and he sees that they melted the plastic to stick the bumper. They added tape and lied about why the tape was there. I bring it in Monday afternoon get it back on Wednesday April 19. On April 23rd the passenger side of the front bumper is slightly coming off. My dad checks underneath the hood and sees that the bumper is being held by two zip ties on the left and right side. He says a vital piece is missing. I go to the shop on May 16 hoping to receive invoices on the parts they bought for my car, was told no and was kicked out of the building.
