I regret contacting Baxter regarding Cybersecurity assistance, I was told that academy would cost $10,000 and at the time i was unemployed. So i decided to go forth and try it out. I got approved for financial aid with a company call ************ to assist with payments. Academy was schedule to start on October 8th so before then i reached out directly to Baxter Clewis (****) and advise him that i would not be able to attend academy he told me that was fine and to send email request to cancel to his accounting ***** So i sent email. well after a 2 weeks i saw that my account was drafted funds. So i went and had that cancelled and sent email again to ****. He responded and said someone would contact me. i received call from a lady and after explaining to her that i'm not in the training academy and that i'm cancelling she said she would research and get back with me. Since then i have called both numbers 30 times know one return call. Sent numerous text messages and no response. So i call ************ directly since they are the ones calling to collect funds, Explain to them the situation and said all that **** Clewis has to do is to send them a request to cancel loan. It's been 3 months and they still haven't cancelled. I thinking this maybe a scam so be careful. I have never attended the training academy. Never started any courses. Still receiving collection calls from ************. If anyone has any information that can help me i would appreciate

I regret signing up to this company I have waisted my time and money on an empty promise. I was pregnant at the time I signed up for the program to have a better financial stability for my kids. I actually wish I could give zero stars. I was told by the recruiter that I didn't need to have IT experience but it turns out that I did need IT experience to be working in PCI DSS. The accounts department for Baxter Clewis Training Academy was rude and dismissive when I tried to express my concerns and goods and services were not provided. The program I signed up for was Baxter Clewis Training Academy.
