Over the past twenty years, I have typically purchased airline tickets from *********** or directly from major airlines. While there are many ticket-selling websites on the internet, most are unreliable. I initially hesitated to use ***** due to its poor ****** ********** November 2024, I booked an international ticket for my mother. Unfortunately, her health took a turn in January, and we had to cancel the trip. The ticket was non-refundable, but I decided to reach out to OVAGO.com, hoping for a possible solution.From the customer service representative to ******, who personally handled my case, everyone was incredibly understanding and professional. ****** directly contacted the airline and, within just two days, provided a very reasonable and satisfactory resolution. I truly appreciate his effort and dedication.Because of this positive experience, I am giving OVAGO.com the highest rating on ****** Reviews. It seems to me that this website is a total scam. I cannot believe that ****** flights even lists their services. DO NOT BOOK WITH OVAGO. They will call and tell you there has been price increases after you've already paid and ask you to pay the entire amount over again. So many red flags. Terrible experience. The Travel Outlet of Virginia, LLC DBA ARANGRANT made a mistake on my departure city. Instead of correcting it they want to keep $460 charged for the wrong departure city ticket. When I raised the claim for a refund they cancelled the ticket with the correct departure city and approved date and issued an invoice for $4500 for a new ticket. So they have almost USD$7K of my money and still have not issued a ticket I can use, plus insist in keeping $460 for a ticket with an error caused by their agent (documented!)Stay away!Review from Alex F

Terrible experience with these guys. I booked flights with them for a round trip BOS-KRK(krakow ******) and back. The first side of the journey was good, no problems. The return portion had connections that were at different airports. Those details were not available when i bought the trip plan. I called Ovago customer support to try and get some help but they proceeded to blame the problem on me and refused to correct the issue. I have never been so disappointed by a companies customer support network the way i was by Ovago. Do not do business with them!!!Review from Randall P

Ovago is worthliest. Cant offer one bit of help in correcting a mistake. The wait to get a response is terrible. **************** is rude with no info or authirization to do anything. Will not work or fight for you. Disappointing.Review from OLABAMBO A

OVAGO isn't safe to buy airline ticket. It's a dubious third party agency for buying airline ticket. I bought a round trip airline ticket from them. Only to found out that there was changes in my return leg of the trip. The connecting flight for my return was changed, such that I will not be able to meet up with the second leg of the trip back to the **. I called on OVAGO to find an alternative route, but proved abortive. I was stranded for a day and left with no choice, but to buy a one way ticket with another airline for my trip back to the **. I requested for a refund of the return leg of my trip back to the **, but was played for two months back and forth, and up till now, I haven't heard anything from OVAGO. Please, stay away from using OVAGO. The website itself is a scam.Review from Santosh D

DO NOT USE OVAGO! My wife and I are frequent travelers, but we are short of cash and wanted to book our 25th wedding anniversary. We made the mistake of trying to save money by booking with Ovago. We literally spent hours with them online and on the phone. It was always bait and switch. We would find a flight, book it, (like fools) put give our credit card number and then they would say no seats are available and you will not be billed. Finally, we gave up, came to our senses, ate the cost of a respectable travel website. DAYS later they try to charge me >$4500 for tickets that were cancelled and that we did not authorize. Fortunately, my bank caught the fraud, blocked the payment, but I had to cancel my debit card and order an new one. I was very fortunate not to get scammed, but it's a cautionary tale for others.Review from RHEAROXANNE A

Did not like the service provided. The representatives were never helpful and never resolved the issues. I was asking for a refund of the return ticket but they never gave and tried anything to ease the stress I was experiencing at that moment. I had a bad experience with this company. I just hope others will not experience the same thing I did. I just hope you give importance to every client.Review from Manny S

The worst customer service I ever experienced while handling a issue on a air itinerary. My itinerary was changed without any warnings or reasons. While trying to address the issue I had to call over 20 times in a 2 days period, always transferred to many different depts to and no solution. Best way to describe this company...scammers Worst experience ever!!!!
