On 10/1/24 @ 17:42 ********* Tovar *********, operating a vehicle under the permission of the company Green Pine Tree Services LLC, performed a lane change in which he damaged my vehicle. Upon further examination it was found that there were four occupants of the truck (probably limiting visibility) and the driver wasn't licensed to drive. Once someone was able to produce an insurance card for the company it was noted that the driver was not insured to be driving the vehicle (probably a given considering that he was unlicensed) and once a claim was filed with their insurance provider the business started avoiding both their insurance provider and my attempts to bring them in to the fold.

This is for BBB record that we responded to Mr. ******* the day before this complaint was received through BBB. Mr. ******* also responded before we received the email complaint from BBB. Action has already been taken place before this and we are working on getting this resolved.Initial Complaint

I contracted with this business for tree removal and grinding of stump. Service was completed but during grinding it appears they cut a main water line to a sprinkler zone. We cannot get them to send someone to investigate or repair the problem they createdBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/20) */ Since we have received the complaint, it has been repaired and situated with the client. It took us a few days to have someone out but it has since been fixed.
