I'm new customer 6 months in and this company has a accountant by the name for ******* she rude and very very unprofessional.I had a stroke 3 months and was out for work for a while .I just went back last week and I did rehab for a month so I've been to two different rehab to get my body back to where it should be so that did put me behind on my car note no lie but when I try to talk to her and my family and my husband have reached out to her due to the fact that my stroke nearly almost took me away from here so I had no income nothing coming in to help so the little money that I did say from my job I put it on my car note so I am to the fact to where I hate rude and unprofessional people that work in customer service if somebody is sick and somebody is doing bad more understanding and when somebody speak to you and greet you you would think that you would be more professional about ***** situation no she's very rude very and I can go on and my job will payroll us at the end for monthsAuto Liquidators, Inc Response

We are truly sorry to hear that your experience has not been up to your expectations. We hope that the difficulties that you have been facing with your health improve soon. We understand that life can be a challenge at times. We will internally review your account with your account manager and her manager and identify any training that does need to occur to help future experiences be better. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve! ******* is one of our top account managers and is normally very professional, but she does have guidelines that she has to follow regarding the accounts she manages. Upon our initial review of your account, it appears that you have had multiple broken promises to pay throughout the course of your loan, where ******* has worked with you to get you back on track and this pattern started very early in your loan. She can only remain over your account until you have performed outside of her thresholds, once this has occurred, she loses the ability to help, and your account is taken over by management. She is only trying to remain over your account so that she can continue to help you in the same way she has countless times over the course of your loan. Hopefully your situation continues to improve, and ******* can continue to help you through these difficult times.Review from Jasmine L

This company is unprofessional, uneducated, rude, etc. I had my car for five months, never made a late payment, which, in their terms, a late payment is considered 15 days after the due date. One day I was trying to submit my payment and noticed I had a late fee AND an additional 75 added to my account AND they put a lock on my account from paying online. So I called and spoke with *****, to see for one, why my payment was higher than usual, to which so literally came out and told me she was not sure , so after the back and forth with her, she had ********, which is her manager , call me and she also, did not have any answers, as to why I had a late fee and additional 75 on my account, after going over all the payments a owed and after going over my account, we came to the conclusion that my account was INDEED up to date in payment (besides the payment I was trying to submit THAT day) and after reviewing all the dates, on which I made the payments, there should not have been any additional fees added to my account, and they STILL refused to waive any fees that were an error, AND refused to take my payment THAT day, ******** was rude, argued with me and even hung up in my face ! I have text messages,recorded phone calls and screenshots and payments from my bank, to back my claims. They then come and repo my car, after I attempted to make a payment, they told me no, I had to make a double payment, but why does it matter when I make the payment as long as it is not late ??!!? They wanted to mess my credit up and repo my car. This company and all the remedial people that work for them, is a SCAM ! Pls do not finance through them !Auto Liquidators, Inc Response

First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced. We understand how important it is for our customers to feel valued and respected, and it is evident that we fell short of meeting your expectations in this instance. Regarding the discrepancy in your payment amount and fees, our contract is very transparent about what is expected and when late fees will be charged. Our policy regarding payments and account statuses is designed to ensure the financial health of both our customers and our company. If you are not successful in your loan, then we are not successful. There is absolutely no benefit to either of us to repossess your vehicle. We can assure that is a last result for our company. Upon review of your account, your version of the status of your account was very different than the actual status of your account. We made multiple attempts to resolve your account with little to no communication from you. Communication is key in these situations, and with little to no communication from you, we lose the ability to help. We can only help those that are willing to give us the opportunity to do so.Review from Kim T

Original review was 5. I've had the car 10 days. Transmission going out. The glove compartment door is not real, just covers a big hole. I have a list that the salesperson checked off for the car. Spare tire is checked as being there. It is not. I called to ask where spare tire was, salesperson told me there was no room for a tire. I told her, yes there is. The spare tire goes in the back, where the spare tire set up is. No ***** nothing. She told me to go buy it all. I called about transmission, transferred to service, no answer. Called again and was told that "service doesn't work today, call another day". Beware, seems easy, and it was. However, their cars have serious problems, once you're out the door with the vehicle, they stop caring. You're on your own, and they will not tell you anything is wrong. As a company they are a scam when it comes to taxes they add on at the end of the finance. but the warranty coverage is lies/ and very misleading. the accounts are Rude they have no understanding about anything. I had to spend my car note money on a battery that they did not cover. Then demanded I pay after they looked over my car. Accounts held my car hostage until I pay my payment I was only waiting on a check to clear by closing which ***** ******* refuse to give me my car. so my account is in negative bcz I HAD NO OTHER WAY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS.. i WANT OUT OF THE FAULTY CONTRACT.. We take feedback from our customers seriously and strive to address any concerns and improve our services. We also go above and beyond at the time of purchase to be very transparent about your contract and warranty and all that it covers. We understand that owning a vehicle can be costly and frustrating at times. We include a warranty on most vehicles so that in the case a major repair is needed, the warranty will help make that repair more affordable. We are very clear on what is covered and not covered by the Warranty. Normal wear and tear items are not covered, and a battery falls into that category. We do not make any changes to the contract after it is executed. The contract is gone over in detail regarding any taxes, financing, and other items. We do expect, like any finance company, for payments to be made on time. We do offer payment arrangements for extenuating circumstances, and this can be requested through your account manager. They **** don't get a car from here I've had two cars from them the first one I had about a week or two and it messed up so they gave me another one in which I've had it a month and a half and it messed ** in which they said it was the battery and still trying to charge me for it and my car is under a 3 year warranty not too mention they customer service ***** and they don't know how to communicate with you right and charge over the price they tell you so no starsAuto Liquidators, Inc Response

We are here to help and would like the opportunity to resolve your concerns. Thank you for mentioning that your vehicle had the 3 Year/36000 mile warranty which was included at NO charge to you, however it is a limited warranty and batteries are a maintenance item not a warranty item. We are very transparent about what is and is not covered during our contracting process. It is on our video, reviewed verbally, on a chalk board in the office, and signed or initialed by each customer a total of 4 or more places in the contract. Please let us know if we could add or detail this further to be sure that our customers understand the limited warranty. I purchased a car from them and few months after purchase the transmission started going out they didnt want to give me a loaner car while my vehicle would be in the shop for idk how long and they still wanted me to make a car payment when they told me they werent sure if they could fix the car I asked them what would happen if you they couldnt fix it and they said they would explore a different optionAuto Liquidators, Inc Response

Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We understand that having mechanical issues with your vehicle can be very frustrating. That is why we include a limited warranty with all of our vehicles at no cost to our customers. This helps with most major repairs, and you only have to pay a $100 deductible. We are also very transparent about not providing loaner vehicles and your payments needing to be made on time during the contracting process. The finance company, ***************** and *************** are three totally separate and different companies. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS ****** COMPANY!!!!! NOT ONLY DID THEY SALE ME A CAR THAT WAS NOT UP TO PAR BUT REPO THE VEHICLE AFTER I WAS 1 DAY LATE AND TOLD ME IN ORDER TO GET THE CAR BACK I HAVE TO PAY THE ENTIRE LOAN WHICH WAS $18,000 AND KEPT MY DOWN PAYMENT. THEY REFUSED TO WORK WITH ME AND NO ONE WOULD CALL ME BACK TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS.
