I bought a 2014 Audi A4 from EUROPEAN AUTOMOTIVE CENTER LLC April 29, 2022. ** May of 2022, I brought it back to them stating that the car was leaking oil. *** told me that he put the car on the rack and could not find any oil leaking from the car. In addition to the oil leak, I was hearing a strange noise coming from the front end of the car. On December 11, I was driving the car when it started making a really loud noise and it would barely move. I pull the car into a fire station and the next day had it towed to the Audi dealership to have them diagnose the issues. The dealership contacted my extended warranty company (**************) and filed a claim with them. On Dec 23,2022, an inspector examined the car and sent the warranty company a report on the car's condition. Based on the report the warranty company denied the claim. This car should not have been sold as it would not have passed inspection. I know I bought the car (As Is) and there was no warranty implied. However had I known the extent of the damage to the car, I would not have bought it. The inspector also concluded that the car frame was welded incorrectly. The Audi dealership also mentioned that the car has been modified and that they could not work on the car even if the warranty company could over it. I would like to resolve this issue in one of 2 ways: Repair the car properly so that the car is no longer a hazard to me anyone on the road or return the money I paid for the car.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
************************ is misleading in his responds. First as I stated, I brought the car back to ************************ in May of 2022 about an oil leak and other problems, not after 6 months of driving. ************************ informed me that he could not find an oil leak. Second on the day of purchase, ************************ never told me the car had been in an accident, he did tell me that is was an as is sale and had it had a salvage title. He never mentioned anything about the price being so low. He also never said anything at anytime about splitting the coat of fixing the vehicle. He is also misleading we he says that I asked for my money back plus the cost of I spent on the car. That is a lie and never happened. I also never told him I would complain to the *** and the case is not closed. I also never left one review on any social media or the internet about him or his company. He is correct when he says the vehicle has no check engine light on and has under damage which I pointed out to him in May of 2022. I am in absolute disagreement with his statement which are full of half-truths and outright lies.
