            Always have water pressure issues. Cant use washer machines and wash dishes at same time or the pressure will drop. Continues boil water advisories to maintenance that never fixes any of the problems. Call Magnolia water when an issue arises and always told its something on my end and, they never want to come out and fix any. Went up on water/sewage bill from 95 to 117 a month. Was told that the increase of ******************************************************************************* the past 18 and half months I have lived at my house in *******, **. All the neighbors in my subdivision have the same issues every time there is a HOA meeting and magnolia water (CSWR) tell them the same exact excuses when they call.

            I have been charged $697.64 cents by this company for water since 10-3-24. My normal bill is supposed to be $118.32 but they keep sending me invoices for over 200 the last 30 days and I paid them all and then today I can't keep overpaying for water. This is a disgrace and not right. This company is despicable and refuses to let me speak to anyone in billing or a supervisor. I have records of the payments being made to them and then today they sent me another bill for $113 dollars. I called the billing questions line and was told they would take my info and call me back later. I requested a supervisor and was told they will let the supervisor know and then hung up on me. This happen at 7:45 am on 11-8-24 by a person who claimed their name was ******

            This business raised the cost from ***** a month to ***** right when they took over. The sewer plants were working fine they said it was due to upgrade. Now they raised the price again from January to *****. And states it is for upgrades again. 1 this is illegal. I have no idea this was happening and I had it on auto pay so they messed my bills up. We can't afford to live yet we are paying ***** for sewer. This is a rip off. I called and they said they can't show me the proof of the uncharged. He also stated they had upgrade their water systems this time. I don't have water with this company. My bill should not have gone up. These entities are separate. I'm ****** and I will go as high as where they get these rediculous approvals and fight back. I'm starting a petition. To have them removed because they aren't local anyway.
