Last school year I paid for an Upgraded account with ********************** (*******************************************). I was never given any access to an Upgraded account, and was double charged last year. My bank refunded one payment but I still never received upgraded access. I emailed using the contact information and the form on the site, but all emails were returned as undeliverable. There is no way to cancel the subscription. In June I was again double charged for an account that doesn't exist. Again I tried all means of contacting the business and everything is returned. I tweeted at the company and in my searching social media see that MANY other customers have had this same problem. I want a refund and a way to CANCEL my account so I no longer get charged. It's shameful to take advantage of teachers.

Date of Transaction: Mid-December 2023 Amount Paid: $59 Business Commitment: Education Co-pilot AI support for creating educational material Nature of Dispute:In mid December I tried canceling my subscription before my renewal date of January 9th. The accounts page shows annual, monthly, and free versions, but the only options available to select are annual and monthly. Nowhere on the page is there anything indicating how to cancel. The "contact" page receives messages and I sent direct emails but I had no reply from several attempts. The phone number goes to voicemail and I have left several messages but no return calls. Despite repeated calls and emails, the business has not responded, making it impossible to cancel the membership.Attempts to Resolve: The business has not responded to any of my attempts to address or resolve this issue.Account/Order Info: The business provided no invoice, just an automated charge to my credit card on January 9th, 2024.I want to ensure that no further charges will be made and that my account can be cancelled without additional cost.

Last summer (don't remember the exact date, but summer 2023), my wife and I decided to subscribe to this website's premium service for $9 per month. However, since signing-up, the premium features never worked. We tried emailing several times, all unanswered, and the phone number goes to a voicemail that is ALWAYS full. The money keeps coming out every month (and starting last month, TWICE per month), but still no services. The link on the site to cancel is inactive. I tried to get my bank (Green **** to stop the charges, but they say they can't since we authorized it to begin with. I tried to explain that we weren't getting what was promised, but to no avail. All we really want is for them to STOP TAKING OUR MONEY. It's a small amount each month, but it's the principle. I believe they are a scam, because others have posted reviews describing identical circumstances. (the amount paid below is an estimate)

I continue to get a recurring monthly $9 charge on my credit card for this site. I signed up for a free trial months ago and now I have a 'pro plan' with a monthly charge that I did not sign up for. When I log into the site to change to the free plan, the site will not let me select that plan. I've tried emailing and the email address isn't valid (it gets bounced back to me), calling (goes to someone's voicemail but I can't make out the name.. maybe *****?), and the live chat link doesn't work on their website. I can't contact anyone at this company to resolve the issue and meanwhile my credit card keeps getting charged. I'm not sure if this is a shady business or they've just gone out of business.
