At the request of the Gateway at Denton, ********** put a charge on my credit report fraudulently without communicating with me at all. Nothing is owed to the property listed. The property did this in retaliation to me. It is a violation of the ***** I have filed a dispute with the credit bureaus, Police, CFPB, FTC, ***** Attorney General, and will be contacting the media. In addition to bullying me, they allowed me to get assaulted by my roommate, damaged my vehicle, had maintenance issues, and more. The would curse and belittle residents and for the final attack they make it hard for others to get an apartment. The allowed my roommate to live there after assaulting me.

I moved into my apt and the common areas were filthy. To the point where I could have called the department of health. This is student housing my roommate should have been alerted that I was moving in. However, the lease which is attached below states that the apartment has the authority to tell or not tell current residents that they are getting new roommates. I begged my apartment office to come to clean the common area as well as the patio and I was told specifically we can not touch residents' items without their permission&that I should try to talk to my roommate so she could clean the mess. However, that didn't work. I left a note on her door begging her to contact the office so they could remove all the mess. The office got the approval please see the attachment below. My apartment was being broken into&I complained to the office about it. I even had to tell my supervisior since I was working for the state who was paying my rent. she asked if my equipment would be compromised I promised no and that no one will have a reason to come in&touch it. My apt was repeatedly broken in after the locks were changed. I asked if I could move units. They said yes&then asked me when I could be out I said Friday. I even went into the office and told them possibly by Saturday. In between, me doing that staff went into my apt& "threw" all my stuff out that I was still moving including my work equipment which no one is supposed to touch due to my work contract and HIPPA. My job even made me put in a police report, however, due to the property not giving the name of the company or staff member I was fired after my equipment was touched&my internship stopped paying my living allowance. I cried to the office staff about it&got a pt job to try to survive. however, I was evicted. I wasn't withholding rent&was applying for assistance to get food stamps&housing assistance in hopes of paying the balance off with the pt job I just needed more time. Now I have an eviction on my credit.
