Do NOT use this company. We packed up our house and completely moved out for three weeks. Only to move back in and realize EVERYTHING was done wrong. Wrong carpet installed. Wrong grout used. Sloppy caulking. Our freshly painted cabinets to be scratched and scraped and tile mud slapped all over it.The company first tried blaming us for the carpet saying we signed a contract for the carpet but when you were promised a price match for carpet and a picture sent to them showing what carpet you want. The company couldnt back out of that corner they put themselves in. They kindly offered to fix the carpet, grout and caulking. Told us the carpet guys would be aware they had furniture to move, they were not! So my husband and I moved most of it. They had someone come out and stain the grout. Showed up the day before Thanksgiving as we were trying to pack and leave for the holiday to work when he said he wouldnt be back until Saturday. Super nice guy but some spots got missed so even he had to come back out. Our brand new fridge got dented when he moved it out to stain the grout under there. Caulking guy came out and completed the dining room only. Needless to say when you move out of your house to give a crew an empty house to work there is NO EXCUSE for them to not take full advantage and complete a job correctly so the home owners arent inconvenienced for over three months of workers being in and out of their house. We had a locked key on our door for three months so I couldnt even shower when my husband was home because I never knew when workers would just show up will my kids are running around the house. This job should have been a zero profit job with all the mess *** and inconveniences. Did they discount some things yes, but there should have been more done and Im honestly disgusted that this was the company we chose.

This review necessitates a response to correct several inaccuracies. Firstly, it was the homeowner's decision to vacate the home after it sustained water damage and before renovations began; this was guided by ********************** role as the general contractor. Given ************************ industry experience, we expected his clear understanding of the contractual process. Signing a contract implies agreement of both parties to the specified products, services, and terms. We honored the contract by installing the level 1 carpet specified in the contract. However, despite ********************** legal threats and hostile demeanor, we voluntarily upgraded the carpet to a level 3 at no extra cost to the customer. This was in an effort to provide great customer service, not because we were backed into a corner.Secondly, we were not in the home for three months, and our crews never showed up without scheduling it with ******************** first. Regarding the alleged damage to the refrigerator, our records show pre-existing dents, supported by photographs taken to protect ourselves in response to accusations early on in the project about the **** not working and placing blame on us. It turns out it had nothing to do with us, and nothing was wrong with the ****. When we asked you for evidence of the refrigerators prior condition, ********************* could not provide any because she said she had deleted the pictures she previously claimed she had.We maintained professionalism throughout our service and have gone above and beyond to address not only legitimate concerns but also issues beyond our scope, such as conducting two complimentary toilet repairs (where we found unrelated obstructions like zip ties and a dog toy) and drywall repairs, all at no extra cost. Additionally, we applied credits to the ********** final bill exceeding $1200 for the paint touch-ups.Despite our efforts, this review presents a one-sided narrative and fails to portray the entire situation accurately. Particularly, it omits ********************** repeated, unprofessional, and bombastic behavior toward our staff, which was both unwarranted and extremely challenging. We feel it's important to provide a complete picture, emphasizing our commitment to customer service and fairness, even under difficult circumstances.
