DISHONEST! UNRELIABLE. This is the second "no show" in a row. I have hundreds of dollars worth of goods to donate that they have once AGAIN failed to pick up. When I called at 4:00pm to ask where the truck was, the gal told me that the driver came by but it was a "special situation" and had to be handled differently. It was not a special situation! It was bags of items as described when I made the appointment. And I was home so I know that nobody in a truck came by. I also have Ring Doorbell footage that shows NO TRUCK CAME BY!!!!! I told her to send the truck back. She said the driver had already gone home.They LIED about the attempted pickup!! Now I have bags blocking my garage and nowhere to put them and no way to move them. ********* is a DISGUSTING AND DISHONEST organization. AVOID THEM!! Do NOT donate to any organization that uses them.

Do not waste your time with Greendrop. There are plenty of other options.This "for profit" company is unacceptably unreliable. They have just lost our business and the business of all of our friends and family who use the this company upon my referal. I will find a more reliable company and refer them to the new company.Greendrop has too many no shows, an abundance of excuses when I call and inquire why they have not picked up, no notifications, no apologies and they take no responsibility. Today I spoke with someone at the general phone number, a supervisor at that same number and someone at corporate. No one there cares about their job or the company they work for it seems.We have donated a massive amount of items to this company. A lot of time and effort is put in to creating donations for Greendrop. Each box is organized with the same items, carefully packed, taped properly, stacked nicely, labeled properly and covered in tarps to protect the donations for the rain and wind, for if the items are not in great condition why bother to make the donation? A lot of work and effort goes into my donations. My work and effort for Greendrop are not reciprocated.They have wasted my time once again. I have donated probably 500 boxes and have many more to go. GreenDropShip has a good app that integrates with your Shopify store. You can easily move products in and out of your Shopify store using the app. I found GreenDropShip had longer than expected shipping delays. Customer service was able to assist me with any questions I may have had in a timely manner. It just didn't work out for me in the end. Per section 5 of the company's terms and conditions, I requested my annual membership prorated refund. It's been 2 months and 3 follow up attempts with no response from GreenDropShip.Review from Karen F

After paying my annual fee, I had a hard time in getting set up for my shopify store but the technical support team guided me through it and set me up within the same day. I found them to be very helpful. Thank you!Review from Keith H

These Reviews are accurate to the letter. Avoid this Bussiness. We dont belive they accutually hold any stock at all and use another thirdparty to ship any orders. Thats if they ever really do ship. This is the very worst business I have ever dealt with in over 40years of trading. Please Please stay away even if you are tempted. We have lost thousands of dollors due to there failure to opertrate in a proffesional manner or in any bussiness like fashion. Communications is extremly poor. Stock and Inventory is completly inaccurate We are now taking legal action against the bussiness to recover our losses. if you are a small single sole trader or a larger bussines stay away from this companyGreenDropShip.com Response

Thank you for raising this concern. After going over your records, we show you were dissatisfied with 3 orders you have placed. One order was slightly delayed while the other 2 orders were in process and within our lead time to ship. We're sorry you felt this way. However, we do post our lead-times and post our policies in our terms and conditions. Our expectation is for all of our members to abide by and respect our policies upon signup.
As a courtesy, we also expedited your pro-rated refund despite our 30-days notice period.
We have been in business for nearly 10 years with multiple warehouses and ship tens of thousands of orders per month. We hope to regain your business in the near future but also expect compliance with our policies as well. It would be outrageously inappropriate otherwise to sign up as a member and begin dictating your own terms. That's just not how this works.
