    I ordered a park bench for our HOA from Wabash Valley's website in July 2021 and we still have not received the item. The developer of our neighboring community had installed one and we wanted to match it as they are in sight of each other. Initially, they had billed me twice and I resolved that through my credit card company. After several months I tried to get a status update on my order. However, no answers to emails and there is no phone number to reach corporate headquarters. I finally reached their salesman, Dan S*******, ************, in November and he explained they had moved their manufacturing site and had experienced start-up issues including raw material shortages, but my order was in line to be manufactured in May and shipped in June of 2022. When this did not happen I called Dan again. He said he would check into it and get back to me which he hasn't. All subsequent calls have gone to his voice mail. The order is in the name of our HOA, *********************, *************** MI *****. The amount paid is $1462.59 which included shipping ($187.80) and MI sales tax ($82.79).

    I have ordered from this company under the name Wabash Valley for over 5 years. I placed an order after a month of conversation on 6/15/2021 for 2 benches with Lee W******. In August 2021, I added 2 more benches with Estefanie Fierro (order WV3392). I was told they were scheduled to ship in October 2021. On October 18th, I contacted asking for a status update and Tess F*** told me they were scheduled to ship in Mid March. Everytime I try to contact the company asking about status, the voicemail is full and emails go unanswered. I believe this company may be out of business or fronting as a scam. I have reached out on social media with unanswered requests. However there are others posting asking if the company is in business. Someone needs to look into this company. They are now operating under the name PlayPower I believe.
