I recently checked my credit report and say I have a credit with this collection agency, I called and they were only able to tell me it was for 1/4/21, for ******************** they said they billed a medical insurance that I dont have, my insurance is different. I called 3 different Carondelet billing offices and they couldnt find anything. Also this visit and test was for COVID, when they were not charging . I called the company back and they continue to tell me to call the company that billed, so I called the billing company they mentioned and they told me I had to call them back and talk to a supervisor. I spent all day trying and I dont have time to get the round around.

We are a repossession company. We repossess automobiles for lenders who have clients that do not pay their bills. We have nothing to do with medical reporting or medical insurance.  We also do NOT report an credit to any agencies for any reason. We have nothing to do with what the customer complaint pertains to. The complaint is for the wrong company.

Please remove this from our rating asap.

    Sincerely,

    CFO **** *******, CPA
