If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not purchase from Corral. They have managed to structure their company to where they are never held accountable for poor manufacturing. I purchased my $280 Corral boots from **** **** for my wedding. After wearing them literally 5 times (for wedding related events only), the arch on one side started to crack. It was very obvious after looking closer that the studs on one side of the arch were installed WAY TOO tight which creates pressure and makes the arch crack (has nothing to do with me or how I cared for my boots when I wore them 5 times). I took my boots back to **** **** hoping I could get them replaced. The store said they would have to reach out to Corral because their warranty is only 30 days. After waiting and waiting, I called **** **** back and they said sorry, the replacement was denied due to normal wear and tear. That was absolutely shocking. I paid for $280 boots thinking they would be good quality and last for years. I did nothing to make the boots crack on the arch, they cracked because Corral installed the studs too tight and didn't do a good quality control check before selling the boots. After being upset that **** **** wouldn't help, I reached out to Corral thinking they would for sure make it right (thinking **** **** didn't advocate for me well) Corral literally emailed me back and said they can't help me because I didn't purchase the boots from their direct website. My thoughts are...**** **** didn't make these boots, you did! So why would you re-direct me to **** **** if they directed me to Corral in the first place! They have a good scam going on. I can't believe they treat their customers this way and they hide behind their 30 day warranty because they know their boots are no good. They don't care about how the boots perform. They just want to sell them.

I’ve never actually purchased boots through the corral website. I’ve always gotten mine through **** ****. However, a new pair was released so I ordered directly through the corral website. It was the worst experience and i will never go directly through them again!! I was sent the wrong size from what was ordered so I immediately went through the return/exchange process. I was told I would get all the notifications when they received my exchange, a confirmation on my correct size and then a shipping & tracking notification. I didn’t get any of those. 12 days went by and I still hadn’t heard anything. I finally called customer service and the lady said my boots were delivered yesterday (the day before I called) they were not. She then proceed to say well maybe someone in your house hood took them? Lol no one had. I simply asked for a refund since they screwed up my order in the first place and she said the best they could do was make a claim with ups. She said once they get in touch with ups I would be getting more emails telling me when and where my boots are. Or if they were lost then I could get my refund but that it would take at least 2 weeks. That was on January 27. Keep in mind I ordered these boots on Jan 3rd. The day they were released. So then yesterday (Feb 6) I walk outside and what do you know, my boots have been delivered. I didn’t get any email or notification from corral letting me know that ups found them or anything. I was very dissatisfied with how they handled the entire process. For a company that is so well known for what they do you would think they would want their customers to know they’re being taken care of, especially after spending the amount of money these boots cost & I didn’t feel that way at all. I love corral boots so I will continue to purchase them but not directly through corral. I’ll stick with **** **** since they’ve always had really great customer service and wonderful retail employees.
