We started service in July with ******************. They came we paid for part and labor for our fridge that wasnt cooling. He came out and fixed that. But then the freezer kept not cooling. He came and fixed that part and hours later, it wasnt working. He rushed out because he was starting vacation. So sent someone else to while he was gone. They ordered part and Mr. ***** came install and it was the wrong part. So we waited even longer. He let me know the part came in and scheduled us, to which i cancelled my moms doc appt to be home and get it taken care of, he didnt answer me or show up. They came another day and added the part. At this point we have been in this getting fridge fixed state for about 5/6 weeks. Then, once again, the fridge stops working. I sent him the new error code, which I had never seen before, he says he will order the part and repair for free. After that, he stopped responding for days. Finally he replies 9/7 that he ordered part. ONCE AGAIN, he became nonexistent. I was very adamant about getting an update because our water dispenser doesnt work. I ask if part is orderd, no response. An update, no response. I let him know that we can pay, no response. I finally tell him I need an update and because I dont want to take further action (like contact BBB) and finally 20 days later on 9/27, he responds that threatening wont get me want. He exchanges a few texts with and once I ask the same questions, like an update, is the part actually ordered, we can pay and then he ONCE AGAIN stops responding. We started service with him 2 weeks before my son started school. He said that first part would fix it completely. We were between repairing or buying a new fridge. We are now on the last day of school before my sons break, making it 10/11 weeks that our fridge isnt working and right and we have no response or any update, which I now see his company has a history of, after reading the complaints.

Mr. ***** has received my complaint and now has revoked my free repair and is attempting to have me pay back pay for labor and parts. On parts he ordered incorrectly. He is saying that we would need to pay for parts, but we have paid for all the parts, up until now. He also stated that this is why it makes it hard to help people, but I am still the same customer from 11 weeks ago with an fridge that doesnt work and I couldve just simply purchased anyone one instead of spending close to $1000 on repairs and dead silence from this repair man, until a documented complaint was filed.

Hello,I scheduled a repair for ************ on 11/8/2023. On their website, when scheduling an appointment, if you do so by online, you will receive a 10% discount for doing so. The repair was successful, but I was charged $96.34 as full price. I immediately contacted the office and then notified they issue a refund for the difference $8-9 in 7 days. The refund was not received, I recontacted the company by text message and they did not respond. It is my belief they are trying to ignore me and avoid the situation--

I booked the service under a warranty for a rental property and provided my contact information. The technician went out to diagnose the issue which was advertised at $55 ( free with repair). The technician did not contact me to authorize repair and charged the tenant $183, which might have been fine with a proper receipt. However the receipt just says paid in full with no detail. So, I cannot turn it in to the warranty company because it doesnt have parts or labor or anything listed. I have contacted the company 3 times and spoken to a representative, but have not been able to get in touch with anyone since.

Customer contacted us and apologized that her tenants just sent her a screenshot of the invoice and not the whole one.

****** came to our house on January 24th to determine what was wrong with our dishwasher. He said it needed a new motor and charged us close to $300. For almost 2 weeks he didn't answer any of our calls or text messages inquiring about the part we had ordered. He showed up February 4th and installed the part. After he left and we ran the dishwasher, it continued to leak all over the place. I called him again and again he avoided all calls and text messages. I reminded him in a voicemail that we paid close to $300 to have our dishwasher repaired. Finally, he came back on February 16th and said he would order another part for us; that it would take 3-5 business days to arrive. Today it is February 25th. No phone call. No update. My dishwasher has now been out of service for a month. We agreed with many of the other reviews on ******* This business seems to be scamming people out of their money. Yesterday, March 7th, he sent an employee to install a gasket. An hour later, the dishwasher was still leaking. The business doesn't answer their phone when one tries to call them. There are numerous complaints on ****** Reviews and he never gave us back our money, since the machine is still broken.

On 12/1/2021, El Paso Appliance Repair replaced the igniter on my oven and I asked the technician if they could repair my oven door, he reported that they could but I would have to pay for it upfront so they could order it and reported that once they received it, they would come and repair it and I would just have to pay it. They never came to repair the door. I messaged them on 8/10/2022 and 8/11/22 and called them on 8/11/22 and 10/12/2022 and they just say they will get back to me but no one calls me back. On 10/12/2022, they canceled my order so I called to see if I could get a refund for the door and they said theyd call me back but no one has returned my call.
