    I would never buy or let somebody I love but another car from you!! I paid 6,000$ for a jeep that broke down leaving the dealership and ***** ran since. The motor in the new isnt the same motor than even came in this model/year. All the electrical is wired half a** No lights , blinkers , brake lights function whats so ever.i called before I got to oro grande broke down and the salesman answered then but not since. I was with my 3 yr old middle of no where 100+ degree weather. I shouldve turned around 10 blocks away when the A/c that I was told worked great started blowing hot air. The 4x4 never worked . You guys are a joke and the laugh was at me and my sons expense

    Purchased a car from the dealership on June 6 and have not received my title. Temporary TX tag has run out (Aug 5). I live in AZ and had driven over to purchase the car in El Paso. I have been calling, emailing, and texting every few days since July 25 with no tangible results. I need to be able to register my car and get an AZ tag.

    The reason for this inquiry is to seek help resolving an ongoing issue my family and I have with Subaru of *******. On 22 JUN 2022, I purchased a vehicle at Subaru of *******. The entire process has been extremly painful and unprofessional on their behalf. In multiple occasions they have treated my family and I like a nuisance. The first complaint is the whole buying experience. For lack of better words, it has been atrocious. They would not answer or return our phone calls, texts or emails unless it was for a complaint during the process. From the status of the vehicle to the test drive of the vehicle, there was always something. Second, one of their responsibilities is to inspect the car and ensure the car is safe for the buyer, they failed to notice that the rear seat belts on the vehicle were frayed and that is a huge safety concern that we made them aware of. On the day we purchased the car, we brought it up and they said that they would replace them free of charge and they would put in the order because the car is under warranty. After ********************************************************* place by the sales representative and no record existed on the seat belts. The third complaint is with the titling and plates for the vehicle. Until today 28 OCT 2022, we still havent received our plates for the vehicle because they have failed to submit the required documents in a timely manner. Now, my financial instution has formally warned me that they will default my loan because I have failed to provide them with proof of lien within the 90 days of purchase. Now my family and I are worried beacuse we have no control over that portion of the process. After multiple attempts to fix the situation, I have been given the run around. They have even failed to provide with an extension in a timely manner and have allowed me to drive my vehicle with expired licenses plate permit. I really need help with this matter by someone who is knowledgeable. Please!

    Mr and ************** have been contacted, the vehicle is in our shop and has been issued the registration along with repairs that were pending.  Additionally other repairs were addressed and have been taken care of.  We have detailed and filled up the vehicle with gas and will contact ************* today.

    Its been Over 60 days since I purchased a car with Subaru El Paso. I was concerned due to the temporary plate that I was provided with was about to expire. I called and explained the situation to Subaru El paso, They asked me to stop by their office two days before the plate expire to either get the car plates or an extension on the temporary plate. I followed their instruction and came in to their office on October 14th (Temporary plate expired on October the 16TH) they made me wait for more than two hours just for them to tell me that the extension on the temporary plate would take 24 hrs, and asked me to come in in the next day. I showed up the next day and waited for another hour just for them to tell me that the person in charge does not work on Saturdays , and that they will call me on Monday with an update. I explained reminded them that the plate will be expired by then and that I was going to be unable to go to work , to which they replied saying that if I was pulled over by the Police they will take care of the fine. I expressed my inconformity and told them that the car was not going to be driven on expired plates and that I expected them to call me Monday morning (10/17/2022) with a response, It is now Monday and I had to call again to get an update on my situation. They told me that they are waiting on a response from whoever is in charge of getting me an extension on the temporary plate. I then let them know that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB , and they have stopped communication with me. Today my wife and I had to take find a ride to be able to come to work , and I had to go into their office two times and lose 4 hours of work, plus gas money . I believe thay should give me a solution for this situation and possibly compensation for gas and missed working hours.

    I have left the customer a message - my understanding he was in a hurry and couldn't wait for our finance director to help him and left before we could give him a gas card and a full tank of gas as promised - our apologies we were not able to give it to him at that time
