    I ordered 3shirts. 1 was shipped and received after a month. The other 2 have not been shipped. I asked to have the other 2 refunded and was told the refund would take place after I received the one package. I let them know when it was received and now can not get an answer to my refund and order still shows the other 2 not shipped. At this point they have basically stole around $70.00

    I am submitting this complaint regarding JustVigors due to their failure to follow through on my request to cancel an order and issue a refund. Below is a detailed timeline of my interactions with the company:December 8, 2024: I emailed JustVigors requesting cancellation of my order because the items had not shipped within the promised timeframe and would not be received by the time they were needed.December 9, 2024: I received a response from JustVigors informing me that some items were on backorder. I replied the same day, reiterating that I wanted to cancel the items as they were no longer needed.December 10, 2024: I received an email stating the items would be sent as soon as they were back in stock. I immediately replied, again requesting the cancellation of the order and a refund for the items.December 11, 2024: JustVigors responded, apologizing for the delay and stating the items would be back in stock soon, asking if I wanted to keep the order. I replied the same day, explicitly stating again that I wanted the items canceled and a refund issued.December 12, 2024: JustVigors confirmed via email that they would cancel the items not in stock and issue a refund.December 14 and 17, 2024: I sent follow-up emails requesting confirmation of the refund. These emails have gone ************* of today, I have not received confirmation of the cancellation or refund, nor have I received a response to my follow-up emails. This lack of communication and resolution has been highly frustrating and unacceptable.I am seeking the following resolution:Confirmation of the cancellation of my order.A full refund for the items in question.I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter.     On November 22, 2024 I ordered two shirts from the company and paid for expedited shipping. For the next 4 days, they send emails saying I left items in my cart. I emailed back and said I was concerned because I paid for 2 items with expedited shipping and wasn't sure why I was getting these emails. They said upon further inspection I had items were being restocked. I told them since I could not get the items within 5-7 days that I would like to cancel my order. They said don't worry they would notify me when the order shipped. I said it was pretty useless to ship them late. They ignored me and 4 days later sent a shipping number. This was Dec. 2. They said the item would arrive in 7-10 days. I reminded them I paid for expedited shipping and this is not expedited. Their response was, "you already paid it when you ordered the items." They then went on to say they needed 1-7 days to ship the item in another email. Four days after their second email I told them I believed them to be a scam, and I just wanted my money back and I was going to report them to ******. They responded that they would return my expedited shipping money. The package has not moved since sitting at the original shipping location, back on November 29th. They told me this was because there was a shortage of manpower in shipping. I know this is a lie since I have gotten at least 40 packages from all over in the last few weeks. This company is clearly a scam. I just want my money back, and I don't want them to scam anyone else.

    I placed an order online with this business November 22nd. A week later I received a tracking number but the package has not moved and according to the better Business bureau the shipping company has a one-star rating and likely doesn't even exist. I have requested a refund from just vigors and received no further communication. They have a website and a ******** page that is currently up and running.

    Purchased two items on October 25, 2024. The policy states you will receive the order in 3-15 business days. The order has not been processed. I reached out on November 5, because my order had not been processed. I was informed part of my order was out of stock. On 11/9/2024 I asked them to cancel my order because they did not have half of it, and they took my money while knowing that. Hi Justvigors,11/09/2024 Since my items have not been processed or shipped, please refund my account for this order number JS00093312 11/09/2024 I received this email below after asking them to cancel multiple times.     I ordered two items from ********************** for a total of $63.00 on 8/8/24. The website poses as if it is a storefront located in *******, **. The items took over a month to arrive, were cheap, and the style looked nothing like the photos. When I inquired about a return, they said I would have to pay to ship them back to an address in *****, which would include a customs fee. The shipping would most like cost more than what I paid for the items. As an alternative they offered a $15 credit. Their response also stated that customers are made aware of their return policy. This is absolutely false, because I searched everywhere on their website and also in all communications from them and there is no return policy stated anywhere. I had no problem at the time of ordering with the possibility of having to pay for return shipping if needed, since the company advertised their location as being within my home state of *****. When I requested the return, I asked them to prove where exactly their return policy is available for customers to see. They ignored that request and just gave me the Chinese return address a second time instead. I told them to just go ahead and issue the $15 credit, since it seemed that was the best that I was going to get from them, but now after reading other reviews of this company its obvious that Im never actually going to receive that credit. This company is a Chinese scam company falsely posing as an American storefront and is misleading anyone who places an order with them.

    Over two weeks later, I received my order of four products. Two were jewelry and the other two were dresses. The dresses are NOT what was advertised and this seems like fraud. These dresses are completely poor quality that probably came from ***** or Amazon.I emailed the support contact and was told that they could only refund me $35 or I would have to pay to ship the products back to ********, *****! The products were not what I ordered so I did not agree having to pay to ship them back across the ocean. I asked for a label or credit and all they offered was $35. I paid over $70 for the two dresses but they didn't care and would only over $35. I finally just accepted the $35 even though this was less than half what I paid for and didn't get what was advertised, but it is now Aug. 19 and I have yet to see my $35. I've attached the order and my email exchange with support. The company is a fraud. The store front is not real in the images. Their website should be taken down and access from ******** removed asap.

    I noticed this was marked as a 'Delivery complaint'. That is not the correct classification.  This is falsely advertising products, taking money and then sending a product that is not the same.  When a less than 50% refund was offered, it was never sent.

    I placed a clothing order with a company called Justvigors who said they were located in *****. Once I received the items, they were nothing liked pictured, too small, and not sewn well at all. I emailed them asking for an exchange and they said I would have to pay shipping to return them. I said that was fine because their website and ******** page state they are in *****. Well, I was wrong. They told me in the email to return the items to "Address: ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************: FenXU: They also stated the customer declaration to return the clothing would be $30-$50. When I confronted them in the email that they misrepresented the location of their store and their clothing, they offered me a $45 refund, which I never received. To date, they are not responding to any of my emails and I have found out other customers have been scammed just like myself.

    I requested a refund per their refund policy. Then they said they would offer me $15 per item instead of me mailing them back. Returns are mailed to ***** and they said do not send more than $50 because it may get lost. We agreed on an amount to be refund including a full price for an item I paid for and did not receive.     I ordered a shirt via PayPal from the company listed as Just Vigors on April 29 for $42.98. I have attached the receipt. I have never received the shirt nor a refund. I wrote the company and the direct email associated with the receipt asking for a refund. They initially responded stating they would refund but have yet to do so. Certainly, if they make a habit of falsely selling clothes for nearly $50 per transaction, it wouldn't take long for them to make an exceptional amount of money. I want my money refunded to me.
