            Month of March- Business committed to putting grandfathers ashes into grandmothers casket. During the burial, they sealed the casket PRIOR to placing the ashes in the casket as they had previously committed to do. Terrible customer service/unprofessional staff staff member that was assisting with the video during the service, was placing blame on and in front of the customer while on the phone during the service. The company stated they wanted jpegs on a drive, which is what we provided. Lack of communication and follow through after services were paid in the initial meeting, they failed to provide updates and requirements such as the family being responsible for moving flower arrangements from the funeral home to the church. This caused a burden on other family members to provide transport of the flower arrangements. This was the day of the burial service. Could not properly display video because of lack of knowledge This caused an additional emotional distress on the family during already an emotional period. 4/9/22 I called to arrange to pick up the death certificate and asked what their hours were for today. On the phone the rep stated to come before 12 because she would not open the door at 12. When I arrived, I asked for the death certificate (with prior arrangements already made with the funeral home that i would pick it up) After going in circles I finally received the death certificate. As I read it in the car, the death certificate Was printed with the WRONG Cemetary information and the attendant placed the blame on the family. Dealing with this business has been a terrible experience, especially during this turbulent time and it makes it worse that they take no accountability and blame the customer.
