    Outraged that they fraudulently charged ******** multiple times for disabled spouse, ****** ****. ******** advised I file claim.

    Another ******** Fraud Claim by Pretty in Pink Clothing Boutique, ******* *****! Reported to ******** who said they are under investigation and their claims will not be paid. This is a Criminal offense and needs to be treated as such!

    Date of Transaction: 01/05/2023 thru11/20/2023 Provider: Pretty In Pink Boutique, *** Claim#: ********* Amount Billed: $15,500.00 Amount Paid: $12,152.00 I received an EOB from my ******************************** reflecting the above information. I have no idea who this provider is and do not use Unirary Catheters. I reported this fraudulent claim to the *********************** who advised me that they are aware of this provider and will be taking appropriate action.

    When I spoke to the ********************* I was told that they were investigating numerous fraud complaints pertinent to this company. The agent I spoke to advised that the penalties for ******** fraud are severe and are governed by the Federal Civil False Claims Act (FCA):

    Penalties: Civil penalties for violating the civil FCA may include recovery of up to three times the
    amount of damages sustained by the Government as a result of the false claims, plus financial
    penalties per false claim filed.
    Additionally, under the criminal FCA, 18 U.S.C. Section 287, individuals or entities may face criminal
    penalties for submitting false, fictitious, or fraudulent claims, including fines, imprisonment, or both.
    ******** Fraud & Abuse: Prevent, Detect, Report MLN Book

    I am still hopeful that this unscrupulous company will face justice.

    Pretty in Pink Boutique filed with ******** and ********** for a totally fraudulent claim totaling $4,650 for supplies in July, ********** 2023. I have never heard of this business nor have I ever ordered anything from them. I researched and I'm not the only one they are trying to extort. Thankfully my insurance denied their claim but someone needs to go after this business to stop this fraud.

    Pretty in ************************ billed my ******** *********** dollars every month from January 2023 to October 2023 for urinary catheter supplies. I have never used these supplies and have never heard of this business. I reported it to ******** and my insurance. It is a scam and they are fraudulently billing. They should be shut down immediately. I was told this is a common scam from this business by *********

    $4,350.00 was fraudulently billed to my ******** account. Somehow my ******** ID # was stolen and used. ******** paid ****************************, of Pretty in Pink Boutique $3,345.10 and my secondary insurance, Cigna, *** billed $936.63. The charges were for 200 intermittent urinary catheters over 3 consecutive months in 2023.
