    Air conditioning installed in March. Shoddy installation and a week later when I turned on the system it did not work even though it was inspected and verified by Comfort Zone. When the repairman finally arrived he said that there was no freon installed from the beginning. Soon after it stopped working and they blamed the filter. We change the filter every 3 weeks and had changed it 4 days before the ******** has now quit working again and we have called 6 times in 3 days. They originally called and said it was the filter over the phone again.The filter was changed a week before. I called back and they promised to send someone. No one showed or called. I called again several hours later and they said that they would call me right back. no ******* is now 3 days and no response.I am going to have to call another company for service and apparently pursue this legally .I hope that your institution can assist or recommend a contact within the city governing board that I can speak with before I am forced to contact a lawyer.I understand that the state licensing board can address the issue.

    Comfort zone installed a AC unit in my home but the installation did not pass the city inspection, they did a couple of things wrong according to the city inspector.I called them 3 times already and every time they said somebody was going to come and fix the problem, nobody has come at all. One of the issues could be a hazard to my place.I need those problems fixed so the city inspector can approve the instalation.

    Ive had issues with comfort Zone since they first installed my units 4 years ago now they are charging me what they never installed properly since the beginning. Now I have to hire another company to fix the issue because now they wanna charge me 130$ every time they come out to fix their mistake.

    On 6-2021, an refrigeration/heating unit was installed by Comfort zone refrigeration company and since then the unit has not worked properly. We have complained to them to fix it and they have but it only works for a few days. Now they dont want to fix it if we dont pay because my warranty has expired. But we have had this problem since the unit was installed. We are an elderly couple and one requires for the home to be adequately temperature controlled.

    This business only offers one year labor warranty and only does the minimum to pass the city inspection. My heating/AC unit was dislocated by the recent high winds. I called Comfort Zone hoping that they would move the unit back in place. Their excuse, "We're not responsible". The labor warranty was for only one year and apparently, they did the minimum effort just to pass the city inspection when installing the unit. That unit is very heavy and requires a crane to move it back in place. So, apparently, they did not do a good job at installing the unit. I pushed on it and it didn't budge. I do not recommend their services, better find a company that offers a better or lengthier labor warranty. Now my roof has a gaping hole where stray cats and other critters can come in and the heat is escaping to the outside. I'm very displeased with their service and customer service.

    We hired comfort zone to place refrigerated ac, all was in compliance to our understanding. The return was placed in the garage. Months later the city inspector came by and told us we didn't pass. This was very hazardous and we could not park our vehicles inside. This was never told, we had multiple workers come by complain about the previous worker and state they'd return to fix the issue. Two years later and this has continued, we don't get answers none the less get the issue fixed. Now the control unit has also fell from the wall and has been hanging from a wire. All we ask is to get this fixed as we've payed for what was asked for.

    Received a letter from this company threatening to *** me if I did not comply and call them to schedule a city inspector to come out and check their work. The first time the inspector came out, they did not pass. So, I called them and attempted to schedule a city inspector again. A rude lady came on the line and told me that they would schedule the inspector. Fine. I waited an entire day for the inspector to come out and no one showed. After that, the company began blowing up my phone trying to get me to schedule an inspector. I don't respond kindly to threats of this nature. If they want a city inspector to come, give me a call and let me know when they will come out to check their work, because I'm pretty sure they never scheduled the inspector in the first place...

    I had a unit installed 6 months ago and it has already given out I have reached out to the company regarding this issue and keep getting the run around and have not had my issue resolved I have no air conditioning and should not be dealing with this issue with a supposed new unit that has given out in not even a year of purchase

    This is my second time that my refrigerator air is not working they making me like that for more than two weeks with out air, Im renting a room to a military and he has 2 dogs Im not working right now because I hurt my knee in Border Patrol training my son he is here living with my. Now they told me I have to wait for more days because they dont have the part I think they been very inhumane with us.

    Since I buy this refrigerator air I been having problems, Im requesting to replace my unit for a new one, last year I have the same problem and they live ** with out refrigerator air for 3 weeks, before they fixed it. Now this company doing the same is already 3 weeks again and is very hot.They very rude when I called them and I dont think they tried to help me.

    My heating/cooling unit stopped working 2 months ago. We have been without a heater since December. A technician came to inspect the unit and we were told the part would be ordered and they would return the following week to replace. We have been calling the company only to get told that the part is back ordered and wont arrive till Mid February. We are now end of February and after several calls to get update on the part, a tech came to replace part on Feb 26th, only to find out that they ordered the incorrect part. My heater is still not working.
