    My son went in with an approved voucher from bank ***** I can't help but to believe that the sale was done with dishonesty. He decided not to go with the brand new vehicle because there was a used vehicle that was advertised for ***** low miles and told would be less than the voucher amount. However he wasnt sold the car for that price. They sold him the for *****, when I asked why my son wasnt sold the car for the advertised price, I was told the advertised Sell price, is was the dealership bought the car for not the purchase price They then said theyll be updating the website fixing the sell price to not quote what Charlie Clark purchased it for but they are actually selling the **************** weve asked for was an explanation of the cost, to make it make sense. **** ** ** ***** *** * ** ******* ***** ** **** ***** ****** ** **** ** ****

    Its been 3 months already, the dealership hasnt be able to give me my license plates, I went to ***************************** to ask about my license plates, just to found out they haven't even submit an application for my license plates. I went to the dealership a few times to talk to a manager about this situation, but they don't let me talk to the manager, Im tired of calling so they say the same, just keep waiting for your license plates to arrive.

    Man oh man that dealership .I definitely do not recommend you buy a car there.I can't say anything good about them. But they lie big time. I bought a used car with them and so far I've been lied to and they've weaseled their way out on a warranty claim.in less than year.look out before you try them they are liars .I wonder if the so call **** mentioned in their adds is turning over on her grave SHAME ON YOU CHARLIE CLARK. SHAME ON YOU!!!

    ****************** the most unprofessional, they told you just replace a part to your vehicle and the reality is not even touch it, and when you call them to ask for an update dont answer or put you in hold and after several minutes they send you to voicemail. When you think you are talking to a professional ********************************* (Service Manager) do exactly the same put you in hold for several minutes then him and the ladies seated around him start laughing and then send you to voicemail

    Went to take a look at a vehicle around mid October. Car was listed at ****k and after a test drive and some haggling, the salesman and I were able to get the vehicle to ****k out the door. An amazing deal and I was ready to close on it. I stepped outside to make a call to get my finances in order, no more than 10 minutes. When I came back, the general manager came by and informed me that the price we negotiated to, the price that he had seen at least 2 times, was for a different car of the same make and model. There is only one of these cars in the lot so where would the confusion be? I asked that they honor their deal and he said he could not. I then realized that they were also adding on extras that are not optional like window tint, paint and fabric protection, nitrogen in the tires...so basically their listed price of ****k should really be closer to 32k due to these add ons. After talking with another manager from their main office, the lowest they could go was going to be like ****k. To me, this felt deceptive and border line illegal. If these add ons are non negotiable then it should be shown on the sticker price. VERY DECEPTIVE!! Not to mention they don't keep their word on the deals they are willing to negotiate on. It felt as if they said to themselves, "this guy is willing to do ****k let's take him for ****k" Personally I would stay away from them if not for their bait-and-switch tactics then at least for their deceptive sticker prices.

    Hi. The issue I'd like to report is relating to a car offer at Charlie Clark Nissan in El Paso. Today while describing the total assets of the car, the sales representative informed that certain optional aspects were not optional and could be removed in the final purchase. Optional items and services like tinted windows, paint protection, nitrogen, edge guards and other items. These added up to an upcharge surpassing 2000 dollars. When asked if these items could be not included in the final purchase the reply was negative and forced. All of the mentioned were listed as optional and upgrades, despite not being removable in the purchase.
