Went into contract with this business in hopes to have my pool installed by 31 May 2022. Ive paid over $43,000 to have a 8 x 20 ft pool and the contractor has failed to complete the project. He has made excuse after excuse and has spent the money Ive paid him on who know what. Half of the work needed to complete the install hasnt been done. He is requesting money outside of the contract and asked me to shop and pay for supplies out of my pocket and not be reimbursed for it. Ive given ECO pools of ********** ***** several chances to rectify this issue with their Dealer but here we are knocking on Octobers door. ******************************* doesnt know how the business aspect of running a company works. Im not sure if he is certified to be a contractor because the knowledge is not there. He may possibly have a law suit with his subcontractors which he has failed to pay for their work. I have several messages from the subcontractor asking to be paid. ***** told him that he has personal issues and already spent the money. He should not be in business and is very unprofessional. My yard is a disaster and cannot be used by my children for the pass 3-4 months. He also insisted that I hire my own plumber to run the gas line. I paid someone to complete it and he comes out to criticize the work he didnt do. He also said I needed to connect to the actual gas meter. You wanted my to have live gas flowing to a heater that has no power because youve failed to complete the electrical hookup. If I wanted to search for personnel to complete my project I wouldve acted as my own contractor. Im active duty Army and a single parent of four. I work hard to provide for my family and Im being taken advantage of. I will do whatever I need to do to ensure he doesnt put anyone else through the stress and turmoil Ive had to endure this year if this isnt rectified immediately.

Client has breached the contract by hiring her own plumber to install a gas line that was already trenched by our company. Delays in the arrival of the pool had to do with the manufacturing and testing of its efficacy, the ******* arrived and was set in place on or around July 10th. Delays in the project had to do with critical missing components that were taken by a subcontractor which have since been recovered.  All subcontractors have been paid all monies due and to date EcoFriendly Pools of ******* has not received any complaints or lawsuits related to this or any other project. We have tried to deal directly with the client, and consider this to be an escalation and we will pursue all action necessary to preserve our business model and integrity. As of yesterday we have continued to work on the pool and will advance the pool to the point where her plumber will be able to complete the plumbing and fitting of equipment.  Customer is responsible for water and the quality of the water.

    Problem:
Went into contract with the Company around April 6 2022 with confirmation that the pool would be complete by May 31 2022. Here we are in November and my yard is still a mess with no end in site. This guy isnt knowledgeable on the basic aspects of a contractor. *** spent over $47,000 for a pool I cannot use and he continues to ask for more and more money. He failed to pay his subcontractors so they quit, gave them an excuse that he is going through a divorce and is putting his two kids through college. All he does is come up with excuses and not complete the work he is paid to do. I paid him the 2nd installation payment and he goes on vacation. Nothings done, no phone calls or text messages answered. He has paid hisself several times from my money before applying the funds to complete the project. He never had a plan to complete the project from what I see. Anytime I ask for an update I wouldnt get a response. Or h*** come out to move dirt around every other weekend. I work hard for my money and will not sit here and let him steal it!

Eco-Friendly Pools of ******* has continued to communicate and work on this project.  Our company has continued to work on this project despite the homeowner hiring her own plumber.  This plumber interfered with the project plumbing work. Homeowner's hired plumber installed a gas line that is non-compliant and evidence of corrective action has yet to be provided to Eco-Friendly Pools of ******* for the work that was done by homeowner's hired plumber.

Eco-Friendly Pools of ******* has completed electrical work required at this project site.  Eco-Friendly Pools of ******* has shared all information necessary for her plumber to complete plumbing work.

Homeowner/customer has yet to respond as to when homeowner's plumber will bring gas line into compliance.  Eco-Friendly Pools of ******* has sent the homeowner/customer a breach of contract notice with an option to resolve this matter.

Homeowner/ customer has yet to respond and instead has resorted using this platform to spread misinformation about our business and attack the integrity of our business model. All subcontractors have been paid and no agreements remain unpaid.

We continue to make ourselves available for a friendly resolution, but time is of the essence. If no action is taken, Eco-Friendly Pools of ******* will take any and all action necessary to protect our business model and pursue legal action to protect our business interests.
