            Contracted to have this company replace my roof. The project was "completed" on November 8th, 2022. Attempted to have solar panels reinstalled on November 9th and they found issues with the roof. I contacted the roofer, the sent someone to make the corrections, I had another roofer look at the corrections, there were still some that needed to be made, I contacted the roofer and he sent his roofer out to make the corrections. I asked for an inspection and ************************* stated that one is not typically conducted. I attempted to have the solar panels reinstalled again on November 16th and once again the installers could not do the job because of issues with the roof. I once again contacted ****** and asked for the corrections as well as an official inspection. He advised that he would accompany the roofer on November 17th and make an appointment for an inspection. No one showed and I sent a text message to ****** on the 18th asking when to expect someone and I did not receive a response. Pictures of the "problems" were sent each time I messaged ******.

            Transaction day 03/22/2022 Paid $8,052.80 Provide Roofing Service/Solar Panels removal Panels where removed by Innova Roofing & installed back on by same company. Never connected them the way are supposed to. Innova Roofing, franchise company, owner name: *************************, Cell# ************, ignores my calls, **************** messages. He can also be reach at his current job: ***********, *****************************************************************, contact# ************. Different technician by the name of *************************** from ******************** provide a quote of $900 random amount, in order to re-connect this panels back, the same way they where since day 1. This panels where not broken but need to be connected. I don't trust ***************************** no more. I need a refund in order to have this issue resolved by someone professional like ******************. There are pictures attached
