  AJJ Cacho Roofing & Construction **************************************************************************************************** Phone: ************ After several posts and pictures posted on face book for services offered by ***, I contacted ***************************, owner of AJJ Cacho Roofing & Construction, on 4/4/23 for estimate for rocking my front lawn and putting a chain link fence. Below is a schedule of the communications and work done by ********************: ***Tues - 4/4/23 Contact *************************** for estimate.***Wed - 4/5/23Resent email; said he never received email.***Wed - 4/5/23Schedule appointment for 1 pm. He never showed up and reschedule for Thur - 4/6/23.***Thur 4/6/23No show, rescheduled for 4/7/23.***Fri - 4/7/23Finally, showed up and gave $5,000.00 estimate, to rock front yard, and add chain link fence.***Mon 4/10/23Sent email and agreed to contract.***Wed 4/12/23Began work and paid $2,500 down payment, balance due on completion. ***Tues - 4/18/23Completed work and paid him $2,600. I paid him an additional $100 to cover additional costs.***Wed - 4/19/23 ***** picked up check.***Fri 4/21/23We noticed that the latch placed on the fence was not working and emailed *****. He said he would stop by and fix.***Mon 4/24/23 No show on Friday or Monday.***Wed 4/26/223Sent email and promised he would be there tomorrow morning.***Thur 4/27/23No show, sent another email as to what happened??? Said he would be there tomorrow.***Tues 5/2/23No show said he would stop by and fix.***Wed 5/3/23No show and sent another email and received an email from ***** that his daughter was sick in the hospital. ***Mon 5/8/23Email and asked if his daughter was doing better, and asked when he would be able to fix fence. Got a response and said things were fine and that he would be there tomorrow.***Wed 5/10/23No show and sent another email. I asked for his honest if he was going to fix this or not, and all so asked him for referral of someone who could actually fix this correctly. I also called, but he blocked my calls and he did not response to my email. I feel ******************** should be held responsible for his work. As noted above several attempts were made to ******** to get this corrected. However, nothing but broken promises, no shows, and no communication. ******************** should make immediate plans to correct and resolve this issue or forward the additional $100 paid him, above the contract amount, and I will take care of it myself.

  Hi my name is ************************************ son and part owner of Ajj .yes we did the job to ***************** sister house. And everything was completed as the contract. Job is done and I have pictures. He is complaining of the door fence that is wrong but I can prove that the job is done. We talk by phone before the job was done and he mention me hes was going to pay us 200 dollars more because he lowball my price. And we paid more material for the fence then what we expected and he agree by phone call that my final payment was going to be $2700 and he only gave me $2600. Im a man of my word and he didnt do what he promise. We did more work than what he ask for, we install some extra fence because the sister ask for while we where working on her house. And I didnt charge any extra. If you need pictures of the job let me know.
