  On 04/08/2024 we decided to accept the companys services based on the quote provided which totaled to $2,474.29. An advance payment of $1,237.14 was made to ***********************, the company representative, on 05/01/2024. The company would remove current tile and carpet and install new tile through the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. They started installing new tile on 05/03/2024 and provided a completion date of 05/10/2024. On 05/06/2024 the contractor was made aware of installation flaws found on the floor. To this, the said they would fix all hollow/ loose tiles. 05/10/2024 arrived and the tile was still not done. On top of that the employees had been drinking and smoking marijuana inside the house leaving behind their trash. The house had been freshly painted before the tile work began and the workers completely disregarded that and have dirtied all the walls with dust and debris from cutting tile inside the house. On 05/12/2024 the company was notified of all complaints and defects found with work already done. The company was asked to pause work so that an evaluation by a third party could be done. Another contractor inspected the tile installed and suggested it be re done as it was not installed properly to standard and would probably not last more than a few months before breaking. We are asking the company to resolve the matter but no resolution has been reached. Tile must be installed properly and walls and baseboards must be fully restored to previous conditions.
