  My name is ************************************ I 'm the owner the property on ******** ********************************************************************************** I'd like to file a complaint and seek help to enforce my roof's warranty. The following roofing **. Varsity Roofing **.********************************************************************* ************ Was contracted to do the roofing work in October but since then the roof has presented leaks into the inside of the house from the air conditioning , drizzles and snow that fell in winter . The marks can be clearly seen from the inside.******* Rentals was in charge of my property at that time. They sent an email and several calls trying to enforce the warranty without any success. Varsity Roofing ** never checked nor inspected the damage reported. I had a Certified roofing **mpany go check and do an ample report in site which I'm attaching.******* Rentals always informed me the roofing ** was going to fix the damages reported but to date no response, no fixing and with time to start air conditionings and lack of response from Varsity roofing ** as well as from ******* Rentals Finally I decided to terminate my cobtract with ******* Rentals in order to claim the warranty from Varsity Roofing ** myself. I have called several times and sent emails but only machine answers saying they'll get back to me. To this moment Varsity Roofing ** has not answered my claim. Theres still a balance of $1,176.00 which I would be willing to pay as long as they repair to full the damages my roof presents.I ask The Better Business Bureau helps me contact the Varsity Roofing ** so it solves and hears my claim. I think I have given them enough time . I have at hand an inspection from a proffessional contractor highlighting the damages reported as fixed by Varsity Roofing which are very visible.I'm attaching the report and screen shots from e mails

  IYo quiero que vean el reporte de inspeccin que yo envi.  Refleja los defectos que presenta mi techo 

  Quiero que se repare lo que  el reporte i dice que esta mal . Tengo un presupuesto de otro contratista lo que costara reparar los defectos que presenta mi techo. LO INCLUYO EN EL REPORTE A Bbb incial

  Presenta filtracin de agua hacia adentro

  Brea encima de shingles

  Lomos y hundimientos 

  .Asumo que aunque Varsity  declaran que cambiaron **** sq/ft en el techo el reporte especifica que hay hundimientos que muestra que   no se hizo . 

  Hay manera que se refieran al reporte de mi contratista

  que ustedes pudieran  leer el reporte que mando mi contratista. Me gustara incluirles el presupuesto para corregir los problemas que presenta mi techo.

  Yo quiero que Varsity arregle 

  Las goteras

  Limpie la brea que echaron encima de los shingles

  Refuerce el techo porque presenta hundimientos y lomos. 

  Si BBB pudiera leer el reporte que envi en el 1er correo sera exactamente lo que necesito que se arregle.

  I have already filed my complaint before #******** against Varsity Roofing LLC. But your last email requieres I inform you if je contacted me. Yes Varsity said they would repair the damages presented on my roof on May 10th. BBB sent me an email but I cannot enter it. This reason being 'm contactong you through your main page.
