Thought i was going to being serviced in good faith. Didnt know Id be trying to get in touch with their organization over a year later after signing documents to no avail. The day that i signed, they lied in regards to the system appreciating the value of my home just so id sign the final paperwork. My mortgage had went up a few hundred dollars due to added PMI and was looking for something that could help me and not drown me in more payments. I signed paperwork in march of 2023 and am still waiting for this company to do what they promised and we payed to do. To give me even the basic information to apply for the solar grid connection with ******* electric my self... All i got was radio silence. I tore my patella tendon and wasnt able to work. The company came to my house over 8 months later and told me ******* electric will state there isnt an application submitted and wont inform us when they will connect me to the grid. My payments start in 4 months on a ****** dollar paperweight with interest on top.i purchased this property to offer affordable housing like my previous landlord did for me when i moved to *******Review from Cynthia M

I would not even give them one star the company owners are liars and a sham, very rude pretended to be the Project managers when speaking to me then I found out I was actually talking to the owners of the company. After a year of back and forth they said they would compensate me for the delay in installation and all the chaos up to the final inspection. Come to find out they were not licensed to work in NM. The Inspector caught that they submitted for 2nd inspection in a different company name after the first inspection failed, he shut down the project and reported them to the State of ******** department. A case is opened in the courts in the State of NM, and the company was license was revoked until the case is resolved. Going on 2 years now I am left with a loan an no working panels, the State cannot provide any details related to the case because it is between the company and the state. I hope they go to jail and have with a huge fine for what they did. Sad to also say that since so many Solar companies have committed fraud Lawyers will not assist in suing the companies to clear the loans, they told me it was not worth it to them.Review from Brian L
