  I called ******** upholstery for a quote on upholstery on 6 sofa chairs. ******'s told me his associate would call me. *************************** is an associate of ******'s upholstery, he picked up my chairs and took $800. ***** said the chairs would be ready in 2 months. After many attempts to get my sofas and money back, I have not received either. I've spoken to a detective on this matter and he mentioned that this business has several complaints and deceptive practices. *************************** has been arrested for this matter. This business is a scam. ****** claim he isn't responsible for *************************** but I initially spoke to ****** and he send me to ***************************. ******'s upholstery is responsible for my furniture and money. I repeatedly ask ***** for my sofas back and money. A detective talked to ***** on November 7th and advice him to resolve this matter with me. The detective told me to wait till the 17th to get my furniture back. On November 7th, ***** told me my furniture was finished and he would deliver it. I have not received anything. This business is a fake business and they take people's money and furniture and scam them. There's about 12 victims that ******'s upholstery and *************************** took advantage of. This business needs to be shut down. They are making a living in ripping innocent people of their money. BBB please help resolve this matter. Thank you

  We made a written and signed contact with ***** ******** on 08/31/2021 in regards to reupholster the Top of our Hot Tub. We agreed on the total of amount of $450.00. I gave him a down payment amount $200.00, Jesus gave a timeframe of a month. As of today June 12,2022 he has not finish the work, nor refund the down payment. My husband and I have a log of all the multiple times we called him in September, October,November, December, January, February, March, April, May and still calling in June. Every time I call him he has so many excuses, he agreed to refund the $200.00 he blocks my calls. Per our last conversation last week he told me to called him on Thursday to make sure he was at his shop, so I can pick up my money. I called him three times and he did not answer. Its going on a year, we made at least 50 calls to this man.

  Paid $500.00 deposit to get two pieces of furniture reupholstered, one piece from a sectional sofa and one antique chair. ***** ******** stated he would return items within one week. Have called him numerous times and he is not returning calls. Have not received the furniture. Will be contacting appropriate authorities to file a compliant including theft and fraud if business does not return unrepaired furniture with my deposit, complete the work as promised or replace furniture if damaged or lost.
