On April 3, 2024, we purchased the 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche Pickup 4wd (as advertised in the original ad which is enclosed for review) Vin#***************** with ******* miles from Amigo Motors in *******. We drove the truck to our home in *******, **. The truck was found to have several undisclosed mechanical issues and was placed into the care of, ************************ 1902 ************************************************, at ****** miles on April 4, 2024 and returned to us 5/2/24 with 115762.The vehicle was subsequently returned to East ****************** the next day 5/3/2024 for excessive oil leaking under the truck. It was identified in this process that we do not have the advertised 4wd truck that was described in the original ******** Marketplace ad (we have a copy) , what we have is a 2wd. The truck was falsely advertised as a 4WD vehicle. The original ******** Marketplace ad was changed from 4WD to 2WD after the sale. However, Amigo Motors made an error in their deception and left the 4WD detail in the original ******** Marketplace description of vehicle. Unfortunately, we are a 100% Disabled Veteran Family. This in person oversight of the deception in the description of the vehicle was made due to the Disabled Veteran's skewed judgement due to *********** Disease as well as his trust in the advertised business owners declaration of being a Veteran Owned Business. At this time, we would like to have a conversation about these issues and discuss our options for mediation before we take legal action for damages. We attempted to resolve this issue with a certified letter mailed May 31, 2024 as well as a digital copy of the letter emailed to; ************************************* with a request for a conservation within 10 business day by June 14, 2024. Both of these were ignored. Certified **** Letter was refused. Please advise. We hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.Respectfully,***** and ***********************

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONERN:

    In reference to a 2005 ***** Avalanche vin #*****************
that was sold to Mr. *************************** ****** on April 3, 2024. The vehicle was never intentially advertised as a AWD in our ads .The vehicle was test driven and looked over by **************** on the day he purchased it and it was driven by him to ******* ********** where he resides. He knew he was buying a two wheel drive vehicle . Two weeks later the vehicle broke down and now the customer claims its our fault .
The customer was informed on the day of purchase that the vehicle was being sold (As-is/Where is) and was given the apportunity to totally inspect and test drive the vehicle before being purchased, witch he did . Unfortunately the vehicle was sold with no extended warranty , written or implied. The vehicle's reasigned title was mailed via certfied mail to the customer because it was going to be reigistered by the buyer out of the state of *****,

My husband inherited a vehicle from his father, we were under the impression that it was paid. This was five years ago. Yesterday morning on august 27th 2022 a tow company went to my mother in laws house attempting to repo the vehicle. My husband immediately reached out and was told to call the loan company so that he could make the necessary arrangements to keep the truck.and he promptly did however being that it was a Saturday, they were closed he couldnt leave a message since th I email was not set up. At three am the tow truck driver showed up unannounced attempting to repossess the vehicle even though he was the one that told my husband to call. He became aggressive and caused a huge scene which woke up my child. My son showed up and the tow truck driver proceeded to insult him and threaten to kick his a** too . My husband gave him the keys without a fight there was no reason for this individual to act the way he did. After leaving he called the cops and lied to them stating my husband threaten to shoot him. He did no such thing. I understand that the ************ wants their money, but that was a very questionable action showing up at that time without giving us time to work something out. They should not hire people like that.
